Claims (5)

  1. 필수 디아민 성분으로 벤젠환 1개당 탄소수 6 이상의 직쇄 알킬기를 1개 이상 갖는 방향족 디아민을 포함하는 디아민 및 테트라카르복실산 및 그 유도체를 함유하는 폴리이미드 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향 처리제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드 수지가 필수 디아민 성분으로 벤젠환 1개당 탄소수 6 잉의 직쇄 알킬기를 1개 이상 갖는 방향족 디아민 5몰%이상을 포함하는 디아민을 테트라카르복실산 및 그 유도체와 반응시켜 환원점도가 0.05∼3.0 dl/g(농도 : 30℃의 N-메틸피롤리돈중 0.5g/dl)인 폴리이미드 수지 전구체를 제조하고, 이렇게 제조된 폴리이미드 수지 전구체를 탈수 폐환 반응에 의해 폴리이미드 수지로 전환시킴으로써 제조되는 액정 배향 처리제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이미드 수지가 필수 디아민 성분으로 하기식(Ⅰ)의 직쇄 알킬기-함유 디아미노벤젠 유도체 5몰% 이상을 포함하는 디아민을 테트라카르복실산 및 그 유도체와 반응시켜 환원점도가 0.05∼3.0 dl/g(농도 : 30℃의 N-메틸피롤리돈중 0.5g/dl)인 폴리이미드 수지 전구체를 제조하고, 이렇게 제조된 폴리이미드 수지 전구체를 탈수 폐환 반응에 의해 폴리이미드 수지로 전환시킴으로써 제조되는 액정 배향 처리제.

  4. 제1항에 있어서, 필수 디아민으로 벤젠환 1개당 탄소수 6이상의 직쇄 알킬기를 1개 이상 갖는 방향족 디아민이 하기 (A)의 디아미노벤젠 유도체, 하기 식 (B)의 디아미노비페닐 유도체, 하기 식 (C)으 디아미노터페닐 유도체, 하기 식 (D)의 디아미노디페닐에테르 유도체, 하기 식 (E)의 디아미노디페닐메탄 유도체, 및 하기 식(F)의 비스(아미노페녹시) 페닐 유도체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 액정 배향 처리제.
    [상기 식 중, R은 탄소수 6이상의 직쇄알킬기, 알콕시기 도는 알콕옥시메틸렌기이다]
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산 및 그 유도체가 피로멜리트산, 2,3,6,7-타프탈렌테트라카르복실산, 1,2,5,6-나프탈렌테트라카르복실산, 1,4,5,8-나프탈렌테트라카르복실산, 2,3,6,7-안트라센테트라카르복실산, 1,2,5,6-안트라센테트라카르복실산, 3,3′,4,4′-비페닐테트라카르복실산, 2,3,3′,4-비페닐테트라카르복실산, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 애테르, 3,3′,4,4′-벤조페논트라카르복실산, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)술폰, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 메탄, 2,2-비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 프로판, 1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로-2,2-비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 프로판, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 디메틸실란, 비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 디페닐실란, 2,3,4,5-피리딘 테트라카르복실산 및 2,6-비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐) 피리딘을 포함하는 방향족 테트라카르복실산 및 그 이무수물, 및 그 디카르복실산디산 할라이드; 시클로부탄 테트라카르복실산, 시클로펜탄 테트라카르복실산, 시클로헥산 테트라카르복실산, 2,3,5-트리카르복시시클로펜틸아세트산 및 3,4-디카르복시-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로-1-나프탈렌 숙신산을 포함하는 치환족 테트라카르복신산 및 그 이무수물, 및 그 디카르복신산 디산 할라이드; 및 부탄 테트라카르복실산을 포함하는 지방족 테트라카르복실산 및 그 이무수물, 및 그 디카르복실산 디산 할라이드로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상이고; 방향족 디아민이 하기 식 (A)의 디아미노벤젠 유도체, 하기 식 (B)의 디아미노비페닐 유도체, 하기 식 (C)의 디아미노터페닐 유도체, 하기 식 (D)의 디아미노디페닐에테르 유도체, 하기 식 (E)의 디아니모디페닐메탄 유도체, 및 하기 식 (F)의 비스(아미노페녹시) 페닐 유도체로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상이며; 이들 방향족 디아민 이외의 디아민이 p-페닐렌디아민, m-페닐렌디아민, 2,5-디아미노롤루엔, 2,6-디아미노롤루엔, 4,4′-디아미노비페닐, 3,3′-디메틸-4,4′-디아미노비페닐, 3,3′-디메톡시-4,4′-디아미노비페닐, 디아미노비페닐메탄, 디아미노디페닐에테르, 2,2-디아미노디페닐프로판, 비스(3,5-디에틸-4-아미노페닐) 메탄, 디아미노디페닐술폰, 디아미노벤조페논, 디아미노나프탈렌, 1,4-비스(4-아미노페녹시) 벤젠, 1,4-비스(4-아미노페닐) 벤진, 9,10-비스(4-아미노페닐) 안트라센, 1,3-비스(4-아미노페녹시) 벤진, 4,4′-비스(4-아미노페녹시) 디페닐술폰, 2,2-비스[4-(4-아미노페녹시)페닐]프로판, 2,2-비스(4-아미노페닐) 헥사플루오로프로판 및 2,2-비스[4-(4-아미노페녹시)페닐]헥사플루오로프로판을 포함하는 방향족 디아민; 비스(4-아미노시클로헥실) 메탄 및 비스(4-아미노-3-메틸시클로헥실) 메탄을 포함하는 지환족 디아민; 테트라메틸렌디아민 및 헥사메틸렌디아민을 포함하는 지방족 디아민; 및 하기 식(G)의 디아미노실록산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 액정 배향 처리제.
