Abstract

기판상에 하기 일반식(I)의 폴리이미드 수지의 전구체 용액을 코우팅한 후 가열함으로써 유기용매에 불용성이 되는 하기 일반식(I)의 폴리아미드 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 액정셀용 배열 처리제.
[상기 식에서, R1은 테트라카르복실산 또는 그이 유도체를 구성하는 4가 유기기이며, R2는 디아민을 구성하는 2가 유기기이고, m은 정수이며, 단 R2의 10몰% 이상은 하기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 2가 유기기이다:

Claims (7)

  1. 기판상에 하기 일반식(I)의 폴리이미드 수지의 전구체 용액을 코우팅한 후 가열함으로써 유기용매에 불용성이 되는 하기 일반식(I)의 폴리아미드 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 액정셀용 배열 처리제.
    [상기 식에서, R1은 테트라카르복실산 또는 그이 유도체를 구성하는 4가 유기기이며, R2는 디아민을 구성하는 2가 유기기이고, m은 정수이며, 단 R2의 10몰% 이상은 하기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 2가 유기기이다:
    (상기 식에서, X는 H, OH, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 카르복실기, 아실기 또는 할로겐 원자이다)]
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R2의 10몰% 이상의 p-페닐렌디아민, 1,4-비스(4-아미노페닐)벤젠, 4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디메틸-, 4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디메톡시-4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디히드록시-4,4'디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디클로로-4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디카르복시-4,4'-디아미노비페닐 및 4,4'-비스(4-아미노페녹시)비페닐로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디아민을 구성하는 2가 유기기인 배열처리제.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, R2가 p-페닐렌디아민, 1,4-비스(4-아미노페닐)벤젠, 4,4'-디아미노비테닐, 3,3'-디메틸-, 4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디메톡시-4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디히드록시-4,4'디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디클로로-4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 3,3'-디카르복실-4,4'-디아미노비페닐, 4,4'-비스(4-아미노페녹시)비페닐, 디아미노디페닐메탄, 디아미노디페닐에테르, 2,2-디아미노디페닐프로판, 4,4'-디아미노디페닐술폰, 디아미노벤조페논, 1,3-비스(4-아미노페녹시)벤젠, 1,4-비스(4-아미노페녹시)벤젠, 4-4'-디(4-아미노페녹시)디페닐술폰, 2,2-비스[4-(4-아미노페녹시)페닐]프로판, 1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사플루오로-2,2-비스[4-(4-아미노페녹시)페닐프로판, 디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, 디아미노디시클로헥실에테르, 디아미노시클로헥산, 1,2-디아미노에탄, 1,3-디아미노프로판, 1,4-디아미노부탄, 1,6-디아미노헥산, 하기 일반식의 디아미노실옥산 :
    (상기 식에서, l은 1~10의 정수이다)
    4,4'-디아미노-3-도데실디페닐 에테르, 1-도데카녹시-2,4-디아미노벤젠, 1,1-비스(4-아미노페닐)시클로헥산 및 2,2-비스[4-아미노페녹시)페닐]옥탄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 디아민을 구성하는 2가 유기기인 배열 처리제.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 피로멜리트산, 벤조페논 테트라카르복실산, 비페닐 테트라카르복실산, 나프탈렌 테트라카르복실산, 시클로부탄 테트라카르복실산, 시클로펜탄 테트라카르복실산, 시클로헥산 테트라카르복실산, 및 부탄 테트라카르복실산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 테트라가르복실산 또는 그의 유도체 및 그의 2가 무수물 및 그의 2산 할라이드를 구성하는 4가 유기기인 배열 처리제.
  5. 하기일반식(I)의 폴리이미드 수지 전구체 용액을 투명한 기판상에 코우팅하고, 전구체 용액을 가열하여 폴리이미드 수지 필름을 형성하고, 수지 필름에 연마처리를 행하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정셀용 배열 처리제의 제조 방법.
    [상기 식에서, R1은 테트라카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체를 구성하는 4가 유기기이고, R2는 디아민을 구성하는 2가 유기기이며, m은 양수이고, 단 R2의 10몰% 이상은 하기로 구성된 군으로 선택된 2가 유기기이다 :
    (상기식에서, X는 H, 0H, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 카르복실기, 아실기 또는 할로겐 원자이다)]
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 폴리이미드 수지 전구체 용액이 테트라카르복실산 또는 그의 유도체 및 디아민을 유기 용매 중에서 0.50~1.00의 몰비로 반응시켜 환원 점도가 0.05~3.0dl/g(30℃에서 0.5g/dl의 농도로 N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 중에서 측정)인 폴리이미드 수지 전구체를 수득함으로써 제조되는 제조 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 전구체 용액을 탈수고리 닫힘을 위해 150~450℃에서 30초~10시간동안 가열하여 폴리이미드 수지를 수득하는 제조 방법.
