제 1 도 및 제 2 도는 본 발명에 따른 폴리이미드의 I R 스펙트럼을 도시한 도이다.
Claims (8)
- 전구물질인 폴리암산이 하기 일반식 (2)의 반복단위를 갖이며, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드용매 100ml중 전술한 폴리암산 0.5g 용액의 35°C에서의 측정한 고유점도가 0.1 내지 3.0dl/g임을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식 (1)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리이미드.상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자수 2 이하의 지방족기, 환상지방족기, 모노방향족기, 축합폴리방향족기 및 비축합폴리방향족기(방향족기는 화학결합 또는 가교결합에 의해 서로 연결됨)으로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 4가의 기이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R이 하기 구조식 (4) 또는 (5)의 4가의 기임을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드.
- 2,6-비스(3-아미노페녹시)피리딘을 유기용매중에서 하기일반식 (3)의 테트라카르복실산 2무수물과 반응시켜 얻어지며 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드 용매 100ml중 하기 일반식 (2)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리암산 0.5g 용액의 35℃에서의 측정한 고유점도가 0.1 내지 3.0dl/g인 전술한 폴리암산을 열적으로 또는 화학적으로 이미드화시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식 (1)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.상기 식들에 있어서, R은 탄소원자수 2 이하이 지방족기, 환상지방족기, 모노방향족기, 축합 폴리방향족기 및 비축합 폴리방향족기(방향족기는 화학결합 또는 가교결합에 의해 서로 연결됨)으로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 4가의 기이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,R이 하기 구조식 (4) 또는 (5)의 4가의 기임을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드의 제조방법.
- N,N-디메틸아세트아미드용매 100ml 중 하기 일반식 (2)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리암산 전구물질 0.5g 용액의 35℃에서의 측정한 고유점도가 0.1 내지 3.0dl/g이고, 전술한 폴리암산이 하기 일반식 (2)의 반복단위를 갖임을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 갖는 내열성 폴리이미드의 접착제.상기 식에서, R은 탄소원자수 2 이하의 지방족기, 환상지방족기, 모노방향족기, 축합폴리방향족기 및 비축합폴리방향족기(방향족기는 화학결합 또는 가교결합에 의해 서로 연결됨)으로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 4가의 기이다.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,R이 하기 구조식 4가의 기임을 특징으로 하는 내열성 폴리이미드 접착제.
- N,N-디메틸아세트아미드 용매 100ml중 하기 일반식 (2)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리암산 전구물질 0.5g 용액의 35℃에서의 측정한 고유점도가 0.1 내지 3.0dl/g이고, 하기 일반식 (1)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리이미드를 기질상에 도포 부착시키고, 이 기질을 제 2 의 기질로 중첩시킨 다음 폴리이미드의 글라스전이점 이상의 압력하에 가열시킴을 특징으로 하는 접착방법.상기 식들에 있어서, R은 탄소원자수 2 이하의 지방족기, 환상지방족기, 모노방향족기, 축합폴리방향족기 및 비축합폴리방향족기(방향족기는 화학결합 또는 가교결합에 의해 서로 연결됨)로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택되는 4가의 기이다.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,R이 하기 구조식의 4가의 기임을 특징으로 하는 접착방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
