Abstract

(구성) 본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 경화성 수지에 관한 것이다.
식 중 R1, R2는 동일하거나 또는 상이한 탄소수 1-10의 비치환 또는 치환된 1가의 탄화수소기이고, R3은 탄소수 1-10의 2가의 유기이며, X는 방향족 고리 또는 지방족 고리를 함유하는 4가의 유기기이고, Y는 2가의 유기기이며, Z는 방향족 고리를 함유하는 2가의 유기기이고, W는 O 또는 NH이며, m은 1-3의 정수이고, n은 1 이상의 정수이다.
(효과) 본 발명의 경화성 수지는 유기 용제에 용해시킨 용액의 점도가 낮으므로 보존 안정성이 좋고, 더구나 내열성, 기계적 강도, 전기적 특성, 내용제성이 양호한 경화 피막을 지재와 접착성 있게 300℃이하의 저온에서 형성할 수 있는 것이다. 또, 발명의 경화성 수지의 제조 방법에 의하면, 이와 같은 경화성 수지를 간단하고 또한 확실하게 제조할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 경화성 수지.
    식중 R1, R2는 동일하거나 또는 상이한 탄소수 1-10의 비치환 또는 치환된 1가의 탄화수소기이고, R3은 탄소수 1-10의 2가의 유기기이며, X는 방향족 고리 또는 지방족 고리를 함유하는 4가의 유기기이고, Y는 2가의 유기기이며, Z는 방향족 고리를 함유하는 2가의 유기기이고, W은 O 또는 NH이며, m은 1-3의 정수이고, n은 1 이상의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항 기재의 경화성 수지를 유기 용제에 용해시켜 이루어지는 경화성 수지 용액.
  3. 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 폴리이미드와 하기 일반식(3)으로 표시되는 실리콘 화합물을 유기 용제 중에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 기재의 경화성 수지의 제조방법.
    식중, X는 방향족 고리 또는 지방족 고리를 함유하는 4가의 유기기이고, Y는 2가의 유기기이며, Z는 방향족 고리를 함유하는 2가의 유기기이고, W는 O 또는 NH이며, n은 1 이상의 정수이고, R1, R2는 동일하거나 또는 상이한 탄소수 1-10의 비치환 또는 치환된 1가 탄화수소기이고, R3은 탄소수 1-10의 2가 유기기이며, m은 1-3의 정수이다.
  4. 제1항 기재의 경화성 수지의 경화물로 이루어지는 전자 부품용 보호막.
