Abstract

본 발명은 래미네이트필름을 갖는 포장용구에 관한 것이다. 래미네이트필름은 적어도 한쌍의 서로 열융착 불능한 합성수지층으로 이루어지는 외층과 내층을 갖는다.
접합수단을 사용하여 외층과 내층이 접합되어 있는 접합부분과 외층과 내층이 분리하여 있는 비접합부분이 있고, 비접합부분에 있어서는 외층과 내층으로 통기로가 형성되어 있다.
비접합부분에 있어서 내층에는 연통수단이 설치되어 있고, 당해 연통수단을 사이에 두고, 내층이 면하는 공간과 통기로가 연통된다.

Claims (18)

  1. 적어도 한쌍의 서로 열융착 불능한 합성수지층으로 이루어진 외층(1)과 내층(2), 접합수단(5)을 사용하여 상기 외층(1)과 상기 내층(2)이 접합되어 있는 접합부분, 상기 외층(1)과 상기 내층(2)이 분리하고 있는 비접합부분(a), 상기 비접합부분(a)에 있어서 상기 외층(1)과 상기 내층(2)으로 형성되어 있는 통기로(3), 상기 비접합부분(a)에 있어서 상기 내층(2)에 설치되어 있고, 당해 연통수단(4)을 통하여, 상기 내층(2)이 면하는 공간과 상기 통기로(3)가 연통되는 연통수단(4), 으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외층(1)이 나일론제의 기재필름으로 이루어지고, 상기 내층(2)이 폴리에틸렌제의 기재필름으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외층(1)및 상기 내층(2)은 어느 한쪽 또는 쌍방이 복수층의 기재 필름으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접합수단이 접착제(5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접착제(5)가 우레탄계수지, 이세트산비닐계수, 천연고무등인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 통기로(3)가 상기 접착제(5)를 도포하고 있지 않는 부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 통기로(3)가 상기 레미네이트필름(F)의 적어도 한 가장자리에 걸쳐 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연통로(3)의 개구부(C)에 점착층(6)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 점착층(6)이 내열성 잉크인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포장용구가 포장자루이고, 당해 포장자루의 내부공간(S)에 피포장물(W)을 충전한 후 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 포장자루는 상기 래미네이트필름(F)을 자루모양으로한 끝부의 상기 내층(2)끼리를 열융착하여 이루고, 이 열융착부분(P1)의 근방에 상기 통기로(3)및 상기 연통수단(4)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 연통수단(4)이 절단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 통기로(3)는 상기 자루의 둘레 가당자리부중 적어도 하나의 둘레 가장자리에 도달하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 연통수단(4)이 열융착 스폿(H)이고, 당해 열융착 스폿(H)은 상기 내부공간(S)에 면하여 대향하는 상기 내층(2)까리를 부분적으로 열융착하여 형성되고, 당해 열융착 스폿(H)은 적어도 한쪽의 상기 내층(2)의 상기 비접합부분(a)에 위치하고, 상기 내부공간(S)의 압력이 높아지면, 상기 열융착 스폿(H)이 박리하는 것에 의하여, 상기 내층(2)의 한쪽이 개구하여 상기 내부공간(S)과 상기 통기로(3)가 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 열융착 스폿(H)이 상기 포장자루의 입구와는 반대의 한 가장자리에 기울러 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  16. 제1항에 있어서 상기 포당용구가 포장용기(A)이고, 상기 래미네이트필름(F)은 당해 포장용기(A)의 개구 둘레 가장자리부분(Aa)를 덮음과 동시에 당해 둘레 가장자리부분(Aa)에 열융착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 연통수단(4)이 절단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장요구.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 통기로(3)는 상기 래미네이트필름(F)의 둘레 가장자리부중 적어도 하나의 둘레 가장자리에 도달하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장용구.
