Abstract

광 정보매체는, 투광성 기판상에 기록부분을 보호하는 보호층을 갖추며, 레이저광에 의하여 광학적 판독이 가능한 정보를 기록할 수 있다. 상기 투광성 기판의 재생광이 입사하는 측 이면에 수성의 인쇄용 잉크가 정착 가능한 친수성 수지막이 형성되어 있다. 이 친수성 주지막의 표면에 일정한 문자나 도안을 용이하고도 양호하게 형성할 수가 있다. 예로서, 그 문자나 도안은 잉크제트프린터를 사용하여 인쇄가 가능하다.

Claims (27)

  1. 판형상의 투광성 기판상에 다른 층을 통해서 형성된 수지로서 이루어지는 보호층을 구비하고, 레이저광에 의해서 광학적으로 판독 가능한 정보가 재생 및 /또는 기록될 수 있는 광 정보매체에 있어서, 상기 투광성 기판의 재생광이 입사하는 측의 이면에 수성의 인쇄용 잉크가 정착 가능한 친수성 수지막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 광 정보매체.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투광성 기판의 재생광이 입사하는 측의 이면에 수성의 인쇄용 잉크가 정착 가능한 친수성 수지막이 형성되고, 이 친수성 수지막상에 수성 잉크가 정착되어서, 표시가 시행된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 수성 잉크가 정착되어 표시가 실시된 친수성 수지막 표면은, 평탄한 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은 방사 에너지 경화성 수지층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 광정보매체.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 투광성 기판상에 직접 또는 다른 층을 통해서 밀착되어 형성된 방사 에너지 경화성 수지층으로, 되는 보호층상에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  6. 제 4항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막의 두께는, 보호층보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체

  11. 제 4항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 폴리에테르 변성모노(메타)아크릴레이트,(메타)아크릴아미드 유도체, 아미노기를 가지는 모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 수산기를 가지는 모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 인산기를 가지는 모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 함 질소 고리형상 비닐모노머 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 광 중합 모노머를 함유하는 수지에 의하여 성막되는 것을 특징으로하는 광 정보매체.
  12. 제 4항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 디에틸아크릴아미드, 디메틸아크릴아미드, 폴리에틸렌, 글리콜 단위를 가지는 모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 알킬치환(메타)아크릴아미드, 알콕시변성(메타)아크릴아미드, 메틸올변성(메타)아크릴아미드, N,N-디메틸아미노에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, N,N-디에틸아미노에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 다가 알코올 디글리시딜 에테르모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 알킬렌옥사이드 변성인산모노(메타)아크릴레이트 카프롤렉톤 변성인산모노(메타)아크릴레이트, 아크릴로일모르폴린, N-비닐옥사폴리돈, N-비닐숙시이미드, N-비닐피롤리돈,N-비닐카프롤렉텀 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 광중합 모노머를 포함하는 수지에 의해서 성막되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  13. 제 1항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐메틸에테르, 폴리 비닐 포르마르, 카르복시비닐 폴리머,히드록시 에틸 셀룰로오스 ,히드록시 프로필 셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 나트륨염, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 몰포린, 케톤 포름알데히드, 스티렌/무수말레인산공중합물, 쉘락, 덱스트린, 폴린(아크릴산 피롤리도닐에틸에스테르), 폴리아크릴산 및 그 금속염, 폴리아민, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리디에틸 아미노에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리히드록시스티렌, 폴리비닐알킬에테르, 폴리비닐히드록시 벤조에이트, 폴리프탈산,아세트산 셀룰로오스 히드록시디엔프 탈레이트, 간쇄가 메틸메타크릴레이트이며, 측쇄가 N-메틸롤아크릴아미드로서 이루어지는 그라프트폴리머 종류, 수용성 알키드, 수용성 폴리에스테르, 수용성 폴리에폭시, 폴리아미드, 폴리비닐 메틸에테르, 폴리아세트산 비닐의 비누화물, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스 나트륨염,아라비아고무, 구아고무, 알긴산소다 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 수지에 의해서 성막되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  14. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 수지막은, 평면상에서, 보호층과 투광성 기판과의 사이에 있는 층의 내외 둘레 가장자리부 중 어느 하나보다도 내측 영역에 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  15. 제 1항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막의 표면은, 미세한 조면임을 특징으로하는 광 정보매체.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막 표면의 미세한 조면은, 수지중에 입자 형성의 안료가 분산해서 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  17. 제 15항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막 표면의 미세한 조면은, 친수성 수지막을 형성한 후, 그 표면을 가공함으로써 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  18. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 수지막과 보호층과의 결착성은, 보호층과 그로부터 투광성 기판측에 있는 다른 층과의 결착성보다 양호함을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체.
  19. 판 형상의 투광성 기판상에 직접 또는 다른 층을 통해서 밀착되어 형성된 수지로서 이루어지는 보호층을 구비하고, 레이저광에 의하여 광학적으로 판독가능한 정보가 재생 및/또는 기록될 수 있는 광 정보매체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 투광성 기판의 재생광이 입사하는 측의 이면에 수성의 인쇄용 잉크가 정착가능한 친수성 수지막이 형성되어 있는 광 정보매체를 준비하고, 상기 친수성 수지막 표면을 향해서 수성잉크를 분출시켜서, 동 표면에 잉크를 부착시키고, 이 수성잉크를 동 표면에 정착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보매체의 제조방법.
  20. 제 19항에 있어서, 수성잉크는 잉크제트 프린터에 의해서 친수성 수지막 표면을 향해서 분출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  21. 핀 형상의 투광성 기판상에 직접 또는 다른층을 통해서 밀착되어 형성된 수지로 된 보호층을 갖추고, 레이저광에 의해서 광학적으로 판독 가능한 정보가 재생 및/또는 기록될 수 있는 광 정보매체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 보호층을 상기 투광성 기판상에 직접 또는 다른 층을 통해서 밀착시켜 형성한 후, 그 보호층 주면상에 수성의 인쇄용 잉크가 정착가능한 친수성 수지막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  22. 제 21항에 있어서,보호층은 방사에너지 경화성 잉크를 도포한 후, 방사에너지 조사에 의하여 경화시켜서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  23. 제 21항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 친수성 방사에너지 경화성 잉크를 도포한 후, 방사에너지 조사에 의하여 경화시켜서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  24. 제 21항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 보호층 표면의 활성이 상실되기 전에 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  25. 제 21항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막 표면의 활성이 상실되기 전에, 수성잉크를 동 표면에 정착시켜서 표시를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  26. 제 21항에 있어서, 보호층 및 친수성 수지막 형성에 사용되는 잉크로서, 경화할 때 수축하는 경화성 잉크를 사용하고, 그 경화시의 친수성 수지막용 잉크의 수축율이 보호층용 잉크의 경화시의 수축을 보다도 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
  27. 제 21항에 있어서, 친수성 수지막은, 스크린 인쇄에 의하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 정보매체의 제조방법.
