Abstract

(A) 시아네이트화합물
[식중, R, Q는 각각 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1-10의 알킬기, 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기 또는 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기를 포함하는 탄소수 6-20의 탄화수소기를, i,j는 각각 0-4의 정수값을 나타내고, M은 하기 일반식
[식중, T는 각각 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1-10의 알킬기, 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기 또는 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기를 포함하는 탄소수 6-20의 탄화수소기를, k는 각각 0-10의 정수값을 나타내고, m은 0-8의 정수값을 나타낸다]로 표시되는 시아네이트화합물과, (B) 경화제를 필수성분으로 하는 구리피복적층판을 형성하기 적당한 시아네이트수지조성물.

Claims (5)

  1. (A) 하기 일반식(1)
    [식중, R, Q는 각각 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1-10의 알킬기, 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기 또는 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기를 포함하는 탄소수 6-20의 탄화수소기를, i,j는 각각 0-4의 정수값을 나타내고, i,j가 2이상인 경우는 R,Q가 같거나 또는 달라도 좋다.]M은 하기 일반식(2)
    [식중, T는 각각 할로겐원자, 탄소수 1-10의 알킬기, 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기 또는 탄소수 5-7의 시클로알킬기를 포함하는 탄소수 6-20의 탄화수소기를, k는 각각 0-10의 정수값을 나타내고, m은 0-8의 정수값을 나타내고, k 또는 m이 2이상인 경우, T는 같거나 또는 달라도 좋다.]로 표시되는 시아네이트화합물과, (B) 경화제를 필수성분으로 하는 시아네이트수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한(1) 기재의 (A) 성분 및 (B) 성분에 부가적으로 (C)브롬화에폭시화합물, 말레이미드화합물, 브롬화에폭시화합물의 프레폴리머 또는 말레이드화합물의 프레폴리머중 적어도 1종을 필수성분으로 하는 시아네이트수지조성물.
  3. 하기 일반식(3)
    [식중, R, Q, i 및 j는 일반식(1)의 정의와 같다.]으로 표시되는 시아네이트화합물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 말레이미드화합물이 하기 일반식(5)
    (식중 X는 다음의 일반식(6) 내지 (11)로 표시되는 기이다)
    로 표시되는 시아네이트수지조성물.
  5. 청구항 1, 2 또는 4기재의 시아네이트수지조성물을 유기용제에 용해한 용액을 기재에 함침하여 얻어지는 프리프레그와 구리박을 가열성형하여 이루어지는 구리 피복적층판.
