Abstract

본 발명은 ⒜. 열경화성 수지 및 ⒝ 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 방향족 포스페이트를 함유하는 난연성 열경화성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다 :
(Ⅰ)
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 저급 알킬 그룹이고, R3는 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬 그룹이며, R4는 C6-20방향족 탄화수소 잔기이고, n은 2 또는 3의 정수이다.
본 발명의 안연성 열경화성 수지 조성물은 통상적인 난연제를 함유하는 수지 조성물과 비교하여 저온시 천공성 및 적층 시트로부터의 난연제의 내블리이드성이 더 뛰어나고, 특히는 내트랙킹성, 내열성 및 절연성이 현저히 개선된 것으로 나타났다.

Claims (9)

  1. ⒜ 열경화성 수지 및 (b) 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 방향족 포스페이트를 함유하는 난연성 열경화성 수지 조성물 :
    (Ⅰ)
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하며 저급 알킬 그룹이고, R3는 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬 그룹이며, R4는 C6-20방향족 탄화수소 잔기이고, n은 2 또는 3의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a) 100중량부에 대해 0.1 내지 100 중량부의 성분 (b)를 혼합시킨 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a) 100중량부에 대해 5 내지 50 중량부의 성분 (b)를 혼합시킨 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 (Ⅰ) R1및 R2가 동일한 저급 알킬 그룹인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 포스페이트(Ⅰ)가 트리스(2,6-디메틸페닐)포스페이트, 트리스(2,4,6-트리메틸페닐)포스페이트 또는 비스(2,6-디메틸페닐)크레실 포스페이트인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)의 아크릴 수지, 폴리우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지, 멜라민 수지, 우레아 수지, 불포화 폴리에스테르 수지 및 디알릴 프탈레이트 수지로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 어느 한 성분인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (a)가 페놀 수지인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서 성분 (a)가 에폭시 수지인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항 중의 어느 하나에 따른 조성물의 유기 용매중의 용액을 적용시키거나 함침시킴으로써 수득된 난연성 베이스 물질.
