Abstract

오르가노폴리실폭산함유조성물은 수중에서 자기분산되고, (A)유기 또는 무기산과, 이 오르가노폴리실록산의 중량을 기준으로 하여 최소한 0.5wt%의 염기성질소를 포함하는 SiC-결합래디컬을 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 염과, (B)온도 20℃ 압력 1020hPa하에 물 100중량부에서 1중량부 미만으로 용해할 수 있고 적합할 경우 성분(C)와의 혼합물에서 온도 20℃ 압력 1020hPa에서 고형이며 성분(A) 100중량부 중 50중량부 이상 위 조건에서 용해되는 오르가노 실리콘화합물을 제외한 고형분(solid)과 및 적합할 경우(C)이 오르가노 실리콘화합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0~0.5wt%의 염기성질소를 포함하는 오르가노실리콘화합물을 구성한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 수중에서 자기분산(self-dispersing)이 되는 오르가노폴리실록산함유 조성물에 있어서, (A)유기 또는 무기산과, 이 오르가노폴리실록산의 중량을 기준으로 하여 적어도 0.5wt%의 염기성 질소를 포함하는 SiC-결합래디컬을 포함한 오르가노폴리실록산의 염과, (B)온도 20℃압력 1020hPa에서 물 100중량부에 중 1중량부 미만으로 용해 할수 있고, 적합할 경우 성부(C)와의 혼합물로서 온도 20℃, 압력 1020hPa에서 고형이고 위 성분(A)100중량부 중 50중량부 이상 이들 조건에서 용해되는 오르가노실리콘화합물을 제외한 고형분(solid)과 적합할 경우, (C)이 오르가노실리콘화합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 염기성질소 0~0.5wt%를 포함하는 오르가노실리콘 화합물로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 무기 또는 유기산과의 반응에 의해 얻을 수 있는 오르가노폴리실록산은 다음식(Ⅰ)의 오르가노폴리실록산임을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
    위 식에서, R은 같거나 다르며, 수소원자 또는 염기성질소가 없는 1가의 SiC-결합유기래디컬이고, R1은 같거나 다르며, 염기성질소를 포함하는 1가의 SiC-결합래디컬이며, R2는 같거나 다르며, 수소원자 또는 1가의 유기래디컬이고, a는 0,1,2 또는 3이고, b는 0,1,2 또는 3이며, C는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.
    단, a, b 및 c의 합은 3보다 작거나 같으며, 래디컬 R1은 오르가노폴리실록산분자당 염기성질소 0.5wt%이상 존재함.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고형분(B)는 필러, 안료, 살균제 및 자외선광을 흡수하는 고체(solids)로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 고형분임을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그 소수성고형분(B)은 성분(A)의 중량부 당0.1~15중량부를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 오르가노실리콘화합물(C)은 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 단위를 구성하는 화합물 임을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
    위식에서, R5는 같거나 다르며 수소원자 또는 1가의 SiC-결합유기래티컬이고, R6은 같거나 다르며 수소원자 또는 1가의 유기래디컬이고, d는 0,1,2,3 또는 4, e는 0,1,2,3 또는 4이다.
    단, d와 e의 합은 4보다 작거나 동일하며, 염기성질소의 함량은 그 오르가노실리콘화합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0~0.5중량부임.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 오르가노실리콘화합물(C)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 중량부 당 0.5~15중량부의 성분(C)가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 위 조성물.
  8. 목제의 처리방법에 있어, 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느한 항의 조성물 또는 물과의 희석에 의해 얻어진 혼합물을 처리되는 목제의 표면에 처리함을 특징으로 하는 위 방법.
