Abstract

본 발명은 섬유 재료로 된 시트 재료를 피복하는데 적합한, 디하이드록시 폴리오가노실록산, 아미노-작용성실란 및 사이클릭 올리고실록산 및/또는 이들 성분들의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 수성 분산액 형태의 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이는 시트 재료에 영구성이 우수한 방수 특성, 우수한 저온 가요성(flexibility) 및 탄성(springiness)을 제공한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 물 및 성분들 a) 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 오가노폴리실록산 또는 이들 혼합물, b) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 사이클릭오가노실록산 또는 이들의 혼합물, c) 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 실란 또는 이들의 혼합물, d) 분산제 또는 바람직하게는 하나 이상의 양이온성 분산제가 존재하는 분산제 혼합물 및 필요한 경우 e) 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 실란 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 물의 존재하에 가수분해시킨 다음 물을 제거하여 축합시켜 실란 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 생성된 생성물을 함유하는 수성 분산액 형태의 조성물〔단, 조성물은 성분 c) 또는 e) 하나 이상을 함유하고, 하나 이상의 Si 원자가 존재하여 일반식또는 일반식의 3개 또는 4개의 라디칼이 결합되며, 성분 a), b), C) 및 e)에 존재하는 모든 라디칼 R은 서로 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 라디칼, 또는 페닐 라디칼이고, 조성물은 성분 a), b), c) 및, 필용한 경우 e)를 그 자체들로서만 함유하거나 또는 이러한 형태와 함께 또는 배타적으로, 상기한 성분들중 둘 이상 상호간의 부분적 또는 완전한 반응에 의해 생성된 생성물 형태로서 함유한다〕.
    상기 식에서, 라디칼 R'는 서로 독립적으로 R 또는Si(R)2-R"이고, 라디칼 R"는 서로 독립적으로 R, OH 또는 OR이며, 존재하는 모든 라디칼 R"중 2개 이상이 OH 또는 OR이고, n1 및 n2는 성분 a)의 점도가 20℃에서 100 내지 100,000mPa.s 바람직하게는 1,000 내지 10,000mPa.s가 되도록 하는 값이며, x는 3 내지 8, 바람직하게는 3 또는 4의 수이고, P는 2 내지 6의 수이며, 9는 0내지 7, 바람직하게는 1 내지 3의 수이고, W는 2내지 6의 수이며, X는 모두 서로 독립적으로 라디칼또는 라디칼 R 또는(여기서, t는 0 내지 8의 수이다)이고, Z는 H 또는 CH3이며 Y는 X 또는이고, R"는 H 또는 R이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a), b), c) 및 e)의 존재하는 모든 라디칼 R이 메틸 라디칼 또는 에틸 라디칼인 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a), b), c) 및 e)의 함량이 물을 제외한 조성물에 존재하는 모든 생성물의 75 내지 95중량%인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 a) 내지 e)를 다음의 상대적 정량비로 포함하는 조성물. 성분a) 10 내지 70중량부, 바람직하게는 40 내지 70중량부, 성분b) 10 내지 70중량부, 바람직하게는 25 내지 60중량부, 성분 c) 0.1 내지 10중량부, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 3중량부, 성분 d) 0.1 내지 10 중량부, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 3중량부 및 성분 e) 0 내지 10중량부.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 청구한 조성물을 섬유 재료에 적용함을 포함하여, 특히 직물 또는 편직물형태의 섬유 재료를 처리하는 , 특히 피복하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 성분 a) 및 분산제 또는 분산제 혼합물은 함유하지만 성분 b), c) 및 e)는 함유하지 않거나 이들을 미량만 함유하는 수성 분산액 A와 성분 b) 및 c), 분산제 또는 분산제 혼합물 및 경우에 따라 성분 e)는 함유하지만 성분 a)는 함유하지 않거나 이를 미량만 함유하는 수성 분산액 B〔분산액 B는 성분 b) 및 c) 및 경우에 따라 성분 e)를 이들 자체로서 및/또는 상기한 성분들중 2개 또는 3개 상호간의 부분적 또는 완전한 반응에 의해 생성되는 생성물 형태로서 함유할 수 있다〕를 개별적으로 제조한 다음, 이들을 혼합하고 이렇게 수득한 조성물을 함유하는 피복물을 섬유재료에 적용하는 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 조성물을 함유하는 피복물 이외에, 각각 하나의 규소원자에 결합된 2개 이상의 수소원자를 함유하는 오가노폴리실록산을 섬유 재료에 적용하는 방법.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 섬유 재료가 천연, 부분적 합성 또는 완전한 합성 유기 중합체로 이루어진 부직포, 직포 또는 편직물의 형태인 방법.
