Abstract
본 발명은 접착성 중합체를 포함하는 내부 코어와 불활성의 입자화된 물질의 외부 껍질을 포함하는 수지 입자에 관한 것이다.

제 1도는 접착성 중합체들을 생산하기 위한 전형적인 기체유동충 반응계통을 나타낸다. 제 2도는 서로 다른 밀도를 갖는 중합체들의 연화점과 관련된 그래프이다. 제 3도는 중합체의 밀도 대 프로필렌 함량과 관련된 그래프이다.
Claims (10)
- 접착성 중합체를 포함하는 내부 코어와 불활성의 입자화된 물질을 포함하는, 상기 내부 코어를 둘러싸는 외부 껍질을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성의 입자화된 물질이 카본블랙, 실리카 및 점토로 이루어진 집단으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 불활성의 입자화된 물질이 약 10내지 100nm의 일차입자크기와 약 0.1내지 약 10미크론의 평균크기의 응집물, 약 30매지 1,500㎡/g의 비표면적 및 약 80내지 약 350cc/100g의 디푸틸프탈레이트(DBP)흡수를 갖는 카본블랙임을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접착성 중합체가 가)에틸렌 프로필렌 고무; 또는 다)에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원공중합체 고무; 또는 다)폴리부타디엔 고무; 또는 라)고 에틸렌 함량의 프로필렌 에틸렌 블록 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원공중합체가 에틸렌/ 프로필렌/ 에틸리덴노보르넨 삼원공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외부껍질이 상기 불활성의 입자화된 물질과 상기 접착성 중합체의 혼합물임을 특징으로하는 수지 입자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 코어가 상기 접착성 중합체와 상기 불활성의 입자화된 물질의 혼합물임을 특징으로하는 수지 입자.
- 가) 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무; 또는 다) 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원공중합체 고무; 또는 다)폴리부타디엔 고무; 또는 라)고 에틸렌 함량의 프로필렌 에틸렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 내부 코어와 카본블랙, 실리카 및 점토로 이루어짐 집단으로 부터 선택된 불활성의 입자화된 물질을 포함하는, 상기 내부 코어를 둘러싸는 외부 껍 질을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 불활성의 입자화된 물질이 카본블랙임을 특징으로 하는 수지 입자.
