Claims (10)

  1. 분해방지체가 입자 직경이 100μ 이하이고 분배계수가 2이상인 매트릭스-분해방지제임을 특징으로 하여, 디엠 함유 중합체 분해방지제를 함유하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디엔 항유 중합체가 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스-분해방지제가 20 내지 40phr의 분해방지제를 함유하는 니트릴 고무임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스-분해방지제의 입자 직경이 50μ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분배계수가 4이상임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 분해방지제가 부틸고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리클로로프렌, 폴리노르보르넨, 니트릴 고무 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택된 매트릭스 중합체 30 내지 90중량%:파라-페닐렌디아민 및 치환된 유도체중에서 선택된 분해방지제 10 내지 70중량%: 카본 블랙 0 내지 80중량%: 가공오일 및 왁스 0 내지 50중량%: 및 경화성 패키지를 함유하는 가황 매트릭스-분해 방지제이며, 미분된 매트릭스-분해 방지제가 입자직경이 100μ 미만이고 보호될 고무 스톡에 대한 분배계수가 2이상임을 특징으로 하는 미분된 분해방지제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 매트릭스 중합체가 니트릴 고무이고 분해방지제가 N-페닐-N'-(1,3-디메틸부틸)-파라-페닐렌디아민임을 특징으로 하는 미분된 가황 매트릭스-분해방지제.
  8. (A) 분배계수가 2 이상인 가황성 디엔 탄성 중합체와, (1) 분해방지제를 매트릭스 중합체와 혼합하고, (2) 매트릭스 중합체/분해방지제 화합물을 가황시키고, (3) 생성된 매트릭스 가황물을 입자직경이 100μ 이하인 입자로 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 분배계수 2이사의 매트릭스-분해방지제를 혼합하고: (B) 디엔 탄성중합체/매트릭스-분해방지제 혼합물을 가황시키는 공정을 포함하는 방법으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 개선된 고무 가황물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 가황성 디엔 탄성중합체가 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 개선된 고무 가황물.
  10. (1) 분해방지제와 보호될 고무 스톡에 대하여 분배계수가 2이상이 되도록 선택된 매트릭스 중합체를 혼합하고, (2) 매트릭스 중합체/분해방지제 화합물을 가황시키고, (3) 생성된 매트릭스 가황물을 입자 직경이 100μ 이하인 입자로 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하여, 매트릭스-분해방지제임을 특징으로 하는 분해방지제 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
