Claims (10)

  1. 비할로겐화 가황성 고무, 가류제, 촉진제 및 하기 일반식을 특징으로 하는 경화할성제를 함유하는 가황성 고무 조성물.
    상기식에서, X는 일반식 -CH2-CH2NH-CH2-CH2y의 라디칼이고, y는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.
  2. 하기 일반식의 화합물(들)을 탄성중합체에 가함을 특징으로 하여, 가황성 탄성중합체 또는 탄성중합체의 혼합물의 가황 속도를 증가시키는 방법.
    상기식에서, X는 일반식 -CH2-CH2NH-CH2-CH2y의 라디칼이고, y는 0,1,2 또는 3이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비할로겐화 가황성 고무가 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴, 부타디엔 및 스티렌의 삼원 공중합체, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가류제가 황 원소 및 황-공 여가류제로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 고무 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 N-시클로헥실-2머캅토-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드, N-모르폴리노-2-머캅토-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드, N,N-디아소프로필-2-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드, N,N-디시클로헥실-1-벤조티아졸 설펜아미드, 및 N-포르폴리노-2-벤조티아졸-디설파이드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, y가 0임을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 가류됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 스티렌/부타디엔 공중합체, 아크릴로 니트릴, 부타디엔 및 스티렌의 삼원 공중합체, 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, y가 0임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 따른 방법으로부터 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
