Claims (19)

  1. 가황전 조성물이 디엔고무 25 내지 90중량부, 가교결합성 EPDM(에틸렌-프로필렌-디옌-모노머)10내지 75중량부, 중합체 분해방지저 0.5내지 10phr 및 가황량의 경화 팩키지를 함유하고,오염성 분해방지제(staining antidegradant)를 거의 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 미오염성 가황 탄성체 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 가황전 상기 조성물이 디엔고무 60내지 80중량부,가교결합성 EPDM 25 내지 35중량부 및 중합체 분해방지제 1.0내지4phr을 함유함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 미오염성 가황 탄성체 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 디엔고무가 시스-1,4 폴리이소프렌고무(천연고무 또는 합성고무 또는 이들의 혼합물), 부틸고무, 할로부틸고무, 폴리부타디엔 고무 및 스티렌/부타디엔 고무중의 하나 이상을 포함함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 미오염성 가황탄성체 조성물.
  4. 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 디엔고무가 천연고무 25 내지 55중량부 및 폴리부타디엔 고무 10 내지 60중량부를 포함함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 미오염성 가황탄성체 조성물.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합성EPDM이 클로로티오-설폰아미드-개질 고무상 터폴리머임을 더욱 특징으로 하는 미오염성 가황탄성체 조성물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 분해방지제가 실질적으로 세그멘트 단위로 이루어지며, 이때 상기 단위의 일부는 N-(4-아닐리노페닐)메타크릴레이트로부터 유도된 아미드 세그멘트 단위를 이루어짐을 더욱 특징으로 하는 미오염성 가황 탄성체 조성물.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 6항중의 어느 하나에 따른 미오염성 탄성체 조성물을 함유하는 외부층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 탄성체 제품.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기제품이 타이어임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  9. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기제품이 벨트임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  10. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기제품이 호스임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  11. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기제품이 지붕재료(roofing material)임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  12. 가황전에 디엔고무 25내지 90중량부, 가교결합성 EPDM 10 내지 75중량부, 중합체 분해방지제 0.5내지 10phr및 가황량의 경화 팩키지를 함유하고, 오염성 분해방지제를 거의 함유하지 않는 미오염성 가황 탄성체 조성물을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 축방향 외부층을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 측벽부를 포함하는 타이어.
  13. 제 12 항에 있어서, 가황전 가황탄성체 조성물이 디엔고무 50내지 80중량부,가교결합성 EPDM 15 내지 50중량부 및 중합체 분해방지제 0.75 내지 5phr을 함유함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  14. 제 12항에 있어서, 가황전 상기 가황탄성체 조성물이 디엔고무 60 내지 80중량부, 가교결합성 EPDM 25 내지 35중량부 및 중합체 분해방지제 1.0내지 4phr을 함유함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  15. 제12항 내지 14항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 디엔고무가 시스-1,4폴리이소프렌고무(천연고무 또는 합성고무 또는 이들의 혼합물), 부틸고무, 할로부틸고무, 폴리부타디엔 고무 및 스티렌/부타디엔 고무중의 하나 이상을 포함함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  16. 제12항 내지 14항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 디엔고무가 천연고무 35 내지 45중량부 및 폴리부타디엔 고무 25 내지 35중량부를 함유함을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합성 EPDM이 클로로티오-설폰아미드-개질 고무상 터폴리머임을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 분해방지제가 실질적으로 세그멘트 단위로 이루어지며, 이때 상기단위의 일부는N-(4-아닐리노페닐)메타크릴아미드로부터 유도된 아미드 세그멘트 단위로 이루어짐을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  19. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 경화 팩키지가 황경화 팩키지임을 더욱 특징으로 하는 타이어.
