Abstract
약 20중량% 내지 약50중량%의 이소프렌과 약 50중량% 내지 약 80중량%의 1, 3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복단위로 구성되며, 이소프렌 및 1, 3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복단위는 필수적으로 랜덤배열이며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 3% 내지 약 10%는 1, 2-폴리부타디엔 단위이며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약50%내지 약 70%는 1, 4-폴리부타디엔 단위이며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 1% 내지 약 4%는 3, 4-폴리이소프렌단위이며, 증합체내 반복단위의 약 25%내지 약 40%는 1, 4-폴리이소프렌단위이며, 고무의 유리전이 온도는 약 -90℃내지 약 -75℃이고, 고무의 무우니 점도는 약 55 내지 약 140인 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭 타이어 트레드드제조에 사용하기에 특히 유용한 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무가 개시된다. 본 발명의 이소프렌-부타디엔고무의 무우니 점도는 바람직하게는 약 85 내지 약 130범위내이고 더욱 바람직하게는 약 115 내지 약 125범위내이다.

Claims (4)
- 약 20중량% 내지 약50중량%의 이소프렌과 약 50중량% 내지 약 80중량%의 1, 3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복단위로 구성되며, 이소프렌 및 1, 3-부타디엔으로부터 유도된 반복단위는 필수적으로 랜덤배열이며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 3% 내지 약 10%는 1, 2-폴리부타디엔 단위이며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약50%내지 약 70%는 1, 4-폴리부타디엔 단위이며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 1% 내지 약 4%는 3, 4-폴리이소프렌단위이며, 증합체내 반복단위의 약 25%내지 약 40%는 1, 4-폴리이소프렌단위이며, 고무의 유리전이 온도는 약 -90℃내지 약 -75℃이고, 고무의 무우니 점도는 약 55 내지 약 140인 것을 특징으로 하는 트럭타이어 트레드제조에 사용하기에 특히 유용한 이소프렌-부타디엔고무.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무내의 반복단위는 약 30중량% 내지 약 40중량%의 이소프렌과 약 60중량% 내지 약 70중량%의 1, 3-부타디엔으로부터 유도되며, 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 5% 내지 약8%는 1, 2-폴리부타디엔 단위이며; 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 55%내지 약 65%는 1, 4-폴리부타디엔 단위이며; 상기 고무내 반복단위의 약 1% 내지 약3%는 3, 4-폴리이소프렌단위이며; 중합체내 반복단위의 약 28% 내지 약 36%는 1, 4-폴리이소프렌 단위이며, 고무의 유리전이온도는 약 -85℃ 내지 약 80℃범위내이며; 고무의 무우니점도는 약 85 내지 약 130범위내이고; 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무내 이소프렌의 60%이상은 3이하 반복단위의 블록으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무.
- 고무 100중량부를 기준으로, (a) 약 25 내지 약 75부의 제1항에서 정의한 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무와 (b) 약 25 내지 약 75부의 천연고무로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가황경화고무조성물인 외 원주 트레드를 갖는 공기 트럭 타이어.
- 고무 100중량부를 기준으로, (a) 약 80내지 약 95부의 제1항에서 정의한 이소프렌-부타디엔 고무와 (b) 약 5 내지 약 20부의 3, 4-폴리이소프렌 고무로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가황경화고무조성물인 외 원주 트레드를 갖는 공기트럭타이어.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
