Claims (18)

  1. (a) 물중에 카본블랙 충진제를 분산시키고; (b) 이렇게 분산된 카본블랙 충진제를 탄성중합체 용액 및 계면활성제와 혼합시켜 탄성중합체 유액을 제조하고; (c) 탄성중합체 유액을 응집시키고; (d) 응집된 탄성중합체 유액을, 70 내지 97중량%의 비닐 방향족 모노머와 3 내지 30중량%의 디엔 모노머를 함유하는 1종 이상의 공중합체로 이루어진 피복 수지로 분배시키며; (e) 생성된 분말을 여과 및 세척시키고 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 비점착성 주입가능한 충진제-함유 탄성 중합체 분말의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 응집온도가 50°내지 70℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 언급한 탄성중합체 유액을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 피복 수지가 계면활성제를 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 나트륨 라우릴 설페이트와 비이온성 형태의 계면활성제와의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 폴리에톡시 부위에 에틸렌옥사이드 약 10몰을 함유하는 이속틸펜옥시 폴리에톡시 에탄올과 나트륨 라우릴 설페이트의 혼합물이며, 이때 언급된 나트륨 라우릴 설페이트 대언급된 이속틸 펜옥시 폴리에톡시 에탄올의 중량비가 2/1 내지 1/2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 언급된 계면활성제의 농도가 언급된 피복 수지 총 중량을 기준으로 4 내지 8중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 응집온도가 60°내지 65℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 스티렌/부타디엔고무, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔고무, 폴리부타디엔고무, 폴리이소프렌고무, 또는 디메틸부타디엔/부타디엔 고무중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 피복수지가 80 내지 95% 비닐 방향족 모노머와 5 내지 20%의 디엔모노머를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서 방향족 모노머가 스티렌, α-메틸 스티렌 또는 비닐 톨루엔중에서 선택되며, 언급한 디엔모노머가 공액화 디올레핀임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 피복수지가 부타디엔과 스티렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 부타디엔과 스티렌과의 공중합체가 약 90% 스티렌과 약 10% 부타디엔을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 카본 블랙을, 카본 블랙중량 기준으로 0.1 내지 0.3중량%의 정제된 유리산 파인리그닌 분산액을 사용하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 100부당 피복수지 2 내지 8부를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 언급한 탄성중합체가 폴리이소프렌임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 100부당 피복수지 3 내지 6부를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 응집된 탄성중합체를 80°내지 100℃에서 분배시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
