제2도는 밀도가 상이한 중합체의 연화점을 상호 연관시킨 그래프이다.
제3도는 중합체의 밀도와 프로필렌 함량을 상호 연관시킨 그래프이다.

Claims (27)

  1. 평균입자크기가 약 0.01내지 약 10μ인 불활성 입상물질 약 0.3 내지 약 80 중량%(최종 생성물의 중량기준)의 존재하에 점성 중합체의 연화점 이상에서 중합 반응시킴으로써, 점성 중합체의 중합체 응집물을 점성 중합체의 연속 제조에 적합한 크기로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여, 유동상 반응기에서 촉매의 존재하에서 점성 중합체의 연화점을 초과하는 중합반응온도에서 점성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙, 실리카 및 점토 중에서 불활성 입상물질을 선택하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입상물질이, 주요 입자크기가 약 10내지 약 100㎜이고, 평균 응집물 크기는 약 0.1 내지 약 10μ이고, 비표면적은 약 30 내지 약 1,500㎡/g이고, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡수율은 약 80 내지 약 350cc/100g인 카본블랙인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입상물질이, 주요 입자크기가 약 5내지 50㎚이고, 평균응집물 크기는 약 0.1 내지 약 10μ이고, 비표면적은 약 50내지 500㎡/g이고, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡수율은 약 100 내지 400cc/100g인 실리카인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입상물질이, 평균 입자크기가 약 0.01 내지 약 10μ이고, 비표면적은 약 3 내지 약 30㎡/g이고, 오일흡수율은 100g당 약 20 내지 약 100g인 점토인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 점성중합체가 (a)에틸렌 프로필렌고무, (b)에틸렌프로필렌 디엔 삼원궁중합체 고무, (c)폴리부타디엔 고무, 및 (d)에틸렌 고함량 프로필렌 에틸렌 블럭 공중합체인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원 공중합체가 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원 공중합체인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 삼원 공중합체가 에틸렌/프로필렌/헥사디엔 삼원공중합체인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입상물질을 최종 중합체 생성물의 중량을 기준으로 약 5 내지 약 75%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 입상물질을 가열하고 질소에 의해 퍼징시킨 후, 반응기에 도입시키는 방법.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 카본블랙을 최중 중합체 생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.3 내지 약 50%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  12. 제3항에 있어서, 카본블랙을 최종 중합체 생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 30%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  13. 제4항에 있어서 실리카를 최종생성물의 중량을 기준으로하여 약 0.3 내지 약 50%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 실리카를 최종생성물의 중량을 기준으로하여 약 5 내지 약 30%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 점토를 최종 중합체 생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 12 내지 약 75%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  16. 주요 입자크기가 약 10 내지 약 100㎚이고, 평균 응집물 크기는 약 0.1 내지 약 10μ이고, 비표면적은 약 30 내지 약 1,500㎡/g이고, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡수율은 약 80 내지 약 350cc/100g인 카본블랙 약 0.3 내지 약 50중량% (최종생성물의 중량 기준)의 존재하에 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 연화점 이상에서 중합 반응시킴으로써, 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 중합체 응집물을 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸레딘노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 연속 제조에 적합한 크기로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여, 전이금속촉매에 의해 촉매화되는 유동상 반응기에서 에틸렌 프로필렌 에틸리덴 노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 연화점을 초과하는 중합반응 온도에서 에틸렌 프로필렌 에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 카본블랙을 최종생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 30%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 카본블랙을 가열하고 질소에 의해 퍼징시킨후, 반응기에 도입시키는 방법.
  19. 주요 입자크기가 약 10 내지 약 100㎚이고, 평균 응집물 크기는 약 0.1내지 약 10μ이고, 비표면적은 약 30 내지 약 1,500㎡/g이고, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡수율은 약 10 내지 약 350cc/100g인 카본블랙 약 0.3 내지 약 50중량% (최종생성물의 중량 기준)의 존재하에 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무 공중합체의 연화점 이상에서 중합 반응시킴으로써, 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무의 중합체 응집물을 에틸렌 고무의 연속 제조에 적합한 크기로 유지 시킴을 특징으로 하여, 전이금속촉매에 의해 촉매화되는 유동상 반응기에서 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무의 연화점을 초과하는 중합반응온도에서 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무를 제조하는 방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 카본블랙을 최종생성물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5 내지 약 30%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 카본블랙을 가열하고 질소에 의해 퍼징시킨후, 반응기에 도입시키는 방법.
  22. 주요 입자크기가 약 5 내지 약 50㎚이고, 평균 응집물 입자는 약 0.1 내지 약 10μ이고, 비표면적은 약 50내지 약 500㎡/g이고, 디부틸프탈레이트 흡수율은 약 100 내지 약 400cc/100g인 실리카 약 0.3 내지 약 50중량%(최종생성물의 중량 기준)의 존재하에 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 연화점 이상에서 중합 반응시킴으로써, 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 중합체 응집물을 에틸렌/프로필렌/에틸레딘노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 연속 제조에 적합한 크기로 유지시킴을 특징으로 하여, 전이금속촉매에 의해 촉매화되는 유동상 반응기에서 에틸렌 프로필렌 에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체의 연화점을 초과하는 중합반응 온도에서 에틸렌 프로필렌 에틸리덴노르보넨 삼원공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
