Abstract
본 발명은 폴리디오가노실록산을 실리카 충전제와 혼합하여 제조한 평균 입자 크기 1 내지 1,000μm의 비유 동성 중합체 분말을 통상적인 장치, 예를 들면, 단일 스크류 압출기 또는, 바람직하게는, 이중 스크류 압출기를 사용하여 유기 수지에 균일하게 분산시킴으로써 유기 수지에 난연성을 부여하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 비유 동성 중합체 분말을 수지 100중량부당 0.5 내지 25중량부의 농도로 사용하는 경우, 개질된 수지의 연소 특성이 상당히 개선되어 발열 속도, 연기의 생성 및 독성 일산화탄소의 방출이 개질되지 않은 수지에 비해 현저히 감소된다.

Claims (7)
- 폴리디오가노실록산 중합체 (i) 100중량부와 실리카 충전제 (ii) 10 내지 150중량부를 포함하고 평균 입자 크기가 1 내지 1,000μm인 실리콘 중합체 분말을 유기 열가소성 수지 및 유기 열경화성 수지로부터 선택된 유기 수지에 충분히 분산시켜 개질된 수지 조성물을 형성함을 포함하여, 당해 유기 수지에 난연성을 부여하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(ii)가 처리된 실리카 충전제이고, 개질된 수지 조성물이, 연소되는 경우, 개질되지 않은 수지에 비해 연소 속도가 느리고 일산화탄소 또는 연기의 방출도가 낮은 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유기 수지가 열가소성 수지인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리디오가노실록산(i)이 하이드록실 및 비닐로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 작용성 그룹을 갖는 폴리디메틸실록산 검인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 처리된 실리카 충전제(ii)가, 필수적으로 중합도가 2 내지 100인 하이드록시 말단 폴리디오가노실록산으로 처리되고 표면적이 50 내지 400m2/g인 실리카 충전제로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 실리콘 중합체 분말이 실리콘 중합체 분말 각각 100중량부당 알콕시실란 접착 촉진제 0.5 내지 15중량부를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 알콕시실산 접착 촉진제가 γ-아크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, γ-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란, γ-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란, N-β-(N-비닐벤질아미노)에틸-γ-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란 모노하이드로겐클로라이드, 페닐트리메톡시실란 및 비닐트리메톡시실란으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 그룹.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
