Claims (10)
- 기본적으로 다음과 같이 구성하는 압출특성을 개선한 것을 특징으로 하는 중합물 및 충전제의 조성물. (A)적어도 200의 중합도를 갖는 중합율을 중량으로 100부, (B) 가소제를 중량으로 0~5부, (C)충전제 혼합물을 중량으로 50~150부, 이 충전제 혼합물은 0.5~10μ의 평균입자경을 갖는 대형입자 충전제가 0.5~50중량%와, 0.1μ이하의 평균입자경을 갖는 소형 입자가 50~99.5중량%로 되어 있고, 대형입자 충전제가 소형 입자충전제의 평균입자경의 적어도 10배 큰 평균입자경을 갖고 있다.그리고 (d) 선택적으로 중합물(A)을 위한 경화 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합물(A)이 실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실록산 중합물이 25℃에서 10~100Pa,s의 점도를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실록산 중합물이 히드록실 말단기로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 충전제 혼합물이 탄산칼슘의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 대형입자 충전제가 약 3μ의 평균입자경을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 소형입자 충전제가 약 0.04μ의 평균입자경을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탄산칼슘 충전제가 칼슘사테아레이트로 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경화방법이 또한 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 기본적으로 다음과 같이 구성하는 선형중합물과 충전제의 혼합물의 펌핑성을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 : (A)적어도 200의 중합도를 갖는 중합율을 중량으로 100부, (B) 가소제를 중량으로 0~5부, (C)충전제 혼합물을 중량으로 50~150부, 이 충전제 혼합물은 0.5~10μ의 평균입자경을 갖는 대형입자 충전제가 0.5~50중량%와, 0.1μ이하의 평균입자경을 갖는 소형 입자가 50~99.5중량%로 되어 있고, 대형입자 충전제가 소형 입자충전제의 평균입자경의 적어도 10배 큰 평균입자경을 갖고 있다.그리고, (D) 선택적으로 중합물(A)을 위한 경화 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
