Claims (2)

  1. 60중량% 이상의 중합체 성분을 함유하고 입자직경이 0.14μm이상인 고중합체 함유 폴리디오가노실록산 거대유화액 100중량부를 미세유화액이 평균 입자크기에 대한 거대유화액의 평균 입자크기의 비율이 5 내지 15로되고 각각의 모유화액의 입자크기 분포가 고르게 되도록 20 내지 30중량%의 중합체 성분을 함유하고 입자 직경이 0.14μm미만인 고중합체 함유 폴리디오가노실록산 미세유화액 1.내지 70중량부와 혼합하는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 고중합체 함량이 40중량% 이상이고 25℃에서 25pa,s미만의 비교적 점도가 낮은 폴리디오가노실록산 유화액을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 거대유화액을 60 내지 80중량%의 중합체를 함유하고 평균 입자크기가 0.25 내지 0.5μm인 폴리디메틸실록산 유화액이고, 미세유화액은 20 내지 30중량%의 중합체를 함유하고 입자 직경이 0.05μm미만인 폴리디메틸실록산 유화액 1 내지 50중량부이며, 생성된 폴리디오가노실록산 유화액의 중합체 함량은 60중량% 이상이고 점도는 25℃에서 25pa,s미만인 방법.
