Abstract
본 발명은 5 g/그레인 이상의 입자경도, 0.2 g/㎤ 이상의 겉보기밀도 및 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량을 갖는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙(granulated acetylele black)의 단면구조를 나타내는 60 배율의 전자현미경(SEM) 사진이다.
Claims (17)
- 5 g/그레인 이상의 입자경도, 0.2 g/㎤ 이상의 겉보기밀도 및 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 회분 함량이 100 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 5 - 10 g/그레인의 입자경도, 0.25 - 0.4 g/㎤ 의 겉보기밀도, 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량 및 50 ppm 이하의 회분 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 그릿 함량이 1 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 입상 아세틸렌 블랙의 표면에 아세틸렌 블랙의 피복층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 5 g/그레인 이상의 입자경도, 0.2 g/㎤ 이상의 겉보기밀도 및 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 회분 함량이 100 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 5 - 10 g/그레인의 입자경도, 0.25 - 0.4 g/㎤ 의 겉보기밀도, 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량 및 50 ppm 이하의 회분 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 그릿 함량이 1 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 코어쉘 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 5 g/그레인 이상의 입자경도, 0.2 g/㎤ 이상의 겉보기밀도 및 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 회분 함량이 100 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 5 - 10 g/그레인의 입자경도, 0.25 - 0.4 g/㎤ 의 겉보기밀도, 10 ppm 이하의 그릿 함량 및 50 ppm 이하의 회분 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 그릿 함량이 1 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙.
- 아세틸렌 블랙 원료 분말 100중량부에 대해 탈이온수 200 - 350 중량부를 배합해서 제 1 단계의 입상화에의해 입상화물을 수득하고, 상기의 입상화물 100 중량부에 대해 아세틸렌 블랙 원료 분말 10-50 중량부를 배합해서 제 2 단계의 입상화를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙을 수지, 고무 또는 수지 및 고무에 함유시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌/에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 및 에틸렌/부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 수지, 고무 또는 수지 및 고무를 포함하며, 그 합계 100 중량부에 대해 제 1 항에 기재된 입자상 아세틸렌 블랙을 30 - 100 중량부 배합시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블용 반전도성층용 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
