Abstract
본 발명의 액정 표시장치는 액정조성물을 협지하는 일측의 전극이 투광구몽 또는 투광용 슬릿을 가지는 차광성 도전체로 구성하므로써, 최소한 금속인 인듐(In)의 사용량을 줄이고 또 양호한 광투과율을 확보할 수 있는 효과가 있는 액정표시장치이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예로서 액정표시장치의 매트릭스 어레이 기판의 개략 정면도,
제2도는 제1도에 있어서의 AA'선을 따라서 절단한 제1실시예의 액정표시장치의 개략 단면도,
제3도는 제1도에 있어서의 제1실시예의 액정표시장치의 제조공정을 나타낸 도면.
Claims (6)
- 제1전극이 형성된 제1전극기판과, 제2전극이 형성된 제2전극기판과, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극과의 사이에 유지된 액정조성물을 구비하고, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 교차부분을 표시전극으로 하는 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극 중 적어도 일측의 표시화소를 구성하는 전극은 투광구멍을 가지는 투광성 도전체를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극중 적어도 일측의 전극은 투광구멍을 가지는 투광성 도전체와 상기 투광성 도전체보다도 고정하으이 투명저항체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하느 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극위에는 제1방향으로 러빙처리가 된 제1배향막이 설치되며, 상기 제1전극의 상기 투광구멍은 상기 제1방향과 적어도 2변의 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 액정표시장치.
- 제1전극이 형성된 제1전극기판과, 제2전극이 형성된 제2전극기판과, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극과의 사이에 유지된 액정조성물을 구비하고, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극의 교차부분을 표시전극으로 하는 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 제1의 표시화소를 구성하는 전극과 상기 제2전극 중 적어도 이측의 전극은 투광용 슬릿을 가지는 차광성 도전체를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극중 적어도 일측의 전극은 투광용 슬릿을 가지는 차광성 도전체와 상기 차광성 도전체보다도 고저항의 투명저항체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1전극위에는 제1방향으로 러빙처리가 된 제1배향막이 설치되며, 상기 제1전극의 상기 투광용 슬릿은 상기 제1방향과 대략 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한 액정표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
