Abstract
本发明公开一种像素电极层,所述像素电极层为透明或半透明膜状,所述像素电极层设有多个圆形孔,通过所述多个圆形孔使得液晶分子形成圆形定向排列,达到全视角效果。本发明还公开了一种阵列基板和一种显示面板。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种像素电极层、阵列基板及显示面板。
背景技术
近年来随着光电技术与半导体制造技术的成熟,带动了平面显示器(FlatPanel Display)的蓬勃发展。液晶显示器基于其低电压操作、无辐射线散射、重量轻以及体积小等优点已取代传统的阴极射线管显示器,而成为近年来显示器产品的主流。然而,液晶显示器仍存在视角受限的问题。因此,开发具有较佳的显示效果及较广视角的液晶显示器的显示面板为研发者所欲达成的目标之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种像素电极层、阵列基板及显示面板,以实现全视角的显示。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供了一种像素电极层,所述像素电极层为透明或半透明膜状,所述像素电极层设有多个圆形孔,通过所述多个圆形孔使得液晶分子形成圆形定向排列,达到全视角效果。
其中,所述多个圆形孔呈多排多列的矩形阵列状分布于所述像素电极层。
其中,所述多个圆形孔呈多圈的圆形阵列状分布于所述像素电极层。
其中,所述圆形孔的直径范围在2um~3.5um之间。
其中,相邻的两个所述圆形孔的相近的边缘之间距离范围在2.5um~5um之间。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种阵列基板,所述阵列基板包括上述任意一项所述的像素电极层。
其中,所述阵列基板还包括钝化层和绝缘层,所述钝化层层叠设置在所述像素电极层与所述绝缘层之间。
其中,所述阵列基板还包括扫描线、数据线及薄膜晶体管,所述薄膜晶体管电连接至所述扫描线、所述数据线及所述像素电极层。
其中,所述扫描线和所述数据线分别沿着所述像素电极层的相邻的两个边缘延伸,所述薄膜晶体管靠近所述像素电极层的一个角落处。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括上述任意一项所述的阵列基板。
本发明通过将所述像素电极层设有多个圆形孔,通过所述多个圆形孔使得液晶分子形成圆形定向排列,达到全视角效果,而且通过圆形孔的设计实现全视角具有结构简单及成本低的优势。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供了一种像素电极层26,所述像素电极层26为透明或半透明膜状,所述像素电极层26设有多个圆形孔262,通过所述多个圆形孔262使得液晶分子形成圆形定向排列,达到全视角效果。
本发明通过将所述像素电极层26设有多个圆形孔262,通过所述多个圆形孔262使得液晶分子形成圆形定向排列,达到全视角效果,而且通过圆形孔262的设计实现全视角具有结构简单及成本低的优势。
具体而言,所述多个圆形孔262的分布方式不局限于一种情况,一种实施方式中,所述多个圆形孔262呈多排多列的矩形阵列状分布于所述像素电极层26。另一种实施方式中,所述多个圆形孔262呈多圈的圆形阵列状分布于所述像素电极层26。其它实施方式中,多个圆形孔262也可以呈其它的排列方式,或者无规则的随机分布。
本发明一种优选的实施方式中,所述圆形孔262均匀分布在像素电极层26上,在全视角的基础上能够提升显示效果。
本实施方式中,所述圆形孔262的直径范围在2um~3.5um之间。
相邻的两个所述圆形孔262的相近的边缘之间距离范围在2.5um~5um之间。
本发明还提供一种阵列基板,如图2和图3所示,阵列基板包括本发明提供的像素电极层26。
具体而言,如图3所示,所述阵列基板还包括钝化层202和绝缘层203,所述钝化层202层叠设置在所述像素电极层26与所述绝缘层203之间。所述阵列基板还包括扫描线21、数据线23及薄膜晶体管24,所述薄膜晶体管24电连接至所述扫描线21、所述数据线23及所述像素电极层26。所述扫描线21和所述数据线23分别沿着所述像素电极层26的相邻的两个边缘延伸,所述薄膜晶体管24靠近所述像素电极层26的一个角落处。
本发明还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括所述阵列基板。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种像素电极层,其特征在于,所述像素电极层为透明或半透明膜状,所述像素电极层设有多个圆形孔,通过所述多个圆形孔使得液晶分子形成圆形定向排列,达到全视角效果。
2.如权利要求1所述的像素电极层,其特征在于,所述多个圆形孔呈多排多列的矩形阵列状分布于所述像素电极层。
3.如权利要求1所述的像素电极层,其特征在于,所述多个圆形孔呈多圈的圆形阵列状分布于所述像素电极层。
4.如权利要求1所述的像素电极层,其特征在于,所述圆形孔的直径范围在2um~3.5um之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的像素电极层,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述圆形孔的相近的边缘之间距离范围在2.5um~5um之间。
6.一种阵列基板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板包括如权利要求1至权利要求5任意一项所述的像素电极层。
7.如权利要求6所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板还包括钝化层和绝缘层,所述钝化层层叠设置在所述像素电极层与所述绝缘层之间。
8.如权利要求7所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板还包括扫描线、数据线及薄膜晶体管,所述薄膜晶体管电连接至所述扫描线、所述数据线及所述像素电极层。
9.如权利要求8所述的阵列基板,其特征在于,所述扫描线和所述数据线分别沿着所述像素电极层的相邻的两个边缘延伸,所述薄膜晶体管靠近所述像素电极层的一个角落处。
10.一种显示面板,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括如权利要求6至权利要求9任意一项所述的阵列基板。
