Claims (5)
- 액정층을 사이에 끼워서 설치되는 한쌍의 투광성기판과 상기 투광성기판의 두께방향의 한쪽측의 전면에 걸쳐서 설치되고 투광성을 미리 정하는 복수종류의 색채의 어느 하나의 색채에 각각 선택되는 복수의 색채선택부재와 상기 투광성기판의 액정층측의 표시영역내에 설치되고 표시영역에서 표시하여야할 미리 정하는 색채에 대응하여 선택되는 상기 복수의 색채선택부재에 대응하는 범위에 형성되는 투광성을 가지는 표시전극과를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러액정표시장치
- 액정층을 사이에 끼워서 설치되는 한쌍의 투광성기간과 상기 투광성기판의 액정층측 한쪽표면의 거의 전면에 걸쳐서 설치되고 투과광을 미리 정하는 복수종류의 색채중 어느 하나의 색채로 각각 선택하는 복수의 색채선택 부재와 상기 투광성기판의 액정층측에 설치되고 미리 정하는 표시영역내에서 상기 복수의 색채선택부재마다 형성 되는 투광성을 가지는 표시전극과를 포함하고 표시전극을 2중구조로 하고 각 전극에 개별적으로 전압을 인가하는 것에 의하여 상기 표시전극에 의한 액정층으로의 인가전압량을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러액정표시장치.
- 액정층을 사이에 끼워서 설치되는 한쌍의 투광성기판과, 상기 투광성기판의 액정층측 한쪽표면의 거의 전면에 걸쳐서 설치되고, 투과광을 미리 정하는 복수종류의 색채중 어느 하나의 색채로 각각 선택하는 복수의 색채선택부재와, 상기 투광성기판의 액정층측에 설치되고 미리 정하는 표시영역내에서 상기 복수의 색채선택부재마다 형성되는 투광성을 가지는 표시전극과를 포함하고, 표시전극을 복수로 분할하고, 각 전극에 개별적으로 전압을 인가하는 것에 의하여 표시전극에 있어서의 전압인가 면적을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러액정 표시장치.
- 액정층을 사이에 끼워 설치되는 한쌍의 투광성기판을 각각 가지는 제1 및 제2액정소자를 적층한 컬러액정표시장치에 있어서, 제1액정소자는 투광성기판의 두께방향한쪽측의 전면에 걸쳐서 설치되고 투과광을 미리 정하는 복수종류의 색채의 어느 하나의 색채로 각각 선택하는 복수의 색채선택부재와 투광성 기판의 액정층측의 미리 정하는 제1표시영역내에 설치되고 상기 복수의 색채선택부재마다 형성되는 제1표시전극과를 포함하고, 제2액정소자는 미리 정하는 제2표시영역에 대응하는 범위로 형성되는 제2표시전극을 포함하고, 제1액정소자의 제2액정소자와는 반대측에 미리 정하는 편광방향을 가지는 제1편광판을배치하고, 제2액정소자의 제1액정소자와는 반대측에 제1편광판과 같은 편광방향을 가지는 제2편광판을 배치하고, 제1 및 제2액정소자간에 상기 미리 정하는 편광방향과 직교하는 편광방향을 가지는 제3편광판을 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러액정표시장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 색채선택부재의 형상을 4각형으로하여 모자이크상으로 배열하고, 동일한 색채를 선택하는 색채선택부재에 대응하는 표시전극을 순로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러액정표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
