Claims (4)

  1. 반사경-확산기, 기껏해야 하나의 분극제를 갖는 형태의 액정 표시 셀에 있어서, 첫번째 투명 플레이트, 두번째 플레이트, 상기 첫번째와 두번째 플레이트 사이에 배치된 액정층, 전술한 첫번째 투명 플레이트와 한표시영역내의 전술한 액정층 사이에 배치된 다수의 투명한 제어전극, 전술한 제어전극 중 하나에 각각 연결된 다수의 전자적 성분, 그리고 전술한 두번째 플레이트와 전술한 액정층 사이에 놓인 카운터 전극을 포함하며, 카운터 전극이 광선 반사재로 만들어지고 전술한 표시 영역에 놓인 전 표면에서 덮여지므로써(frosted)충돌하는 빛을 반사시키고 확산시키도록 하며, 이에 의하여 전술한 카운터 전극이 또한 전술한 반사경-확산기임을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 카운터 전극이 전술한 액정층을 향하여, 그 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 카운터 전극이 전술한 액정층을 향하여 방향이 정해진 두번째 플레이트의 면을 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 액정층을 향하여 방향이 정해진 두번째 플레이트의 전술한 면이 그 전체 표면에서 덮여지고, 전술한 카운터 전극이 전술한 두번째 플레이트의 덮여진 면과 동일한 요철을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
  4. 반사경-확산기, 기껏해야 하나의 분극제를 가지며, 제 1 투명 플레이트와 제 2 플레이트 사이에 놓인 액정층, 전술한 플레이트 중 하나와 전술한 액정층 사이의 표시영역내에 배치된 다수의 제어전극, 두번째 플레이트와 전술한 액정층 사이에 배치된 제어전극 중 하나에 연결된 다수의 전자적 성분을 포함하며, 전술한 제어전극이 투명하고 첫번째 플레이트와 전술한 액정층 사이에 배치되며, 전술한 카운터 전극이 두번째 플레이트와 전술한 액정층 사이에 배치되고 광선 반사재료로 만들어지고, 그리고 전술한 액정층에 인접하여 위치한 전술한 카운터 전극의 면이 전술한 표시영역내에 위치한 전 표면에서 덮여지고 따라서 전술한 카운터 전극이 전술한 반사경-확산기를 구성시킴을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 셀.
