Abstract

본 발명은 태블렛 일체형 액정표시장치에 관한 것으로, 상부 투명기판 위에 일측방향으로 다수의 페루프가 형성된 제1블랙 매트릭스와, 상기 제1블랙 매트릭스 위에 절연물질을 소정의 두께로 도포하여 형성된 절연층과, 상기 절연층 위에 다시 제1블랙 매트릭스와 수직한 방향으로 다수의 페루프가 형성된 제2블랙 매트릭스를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상부 투명기판 위에 일축방향으로 다수의 페루프가 형성된 제1블랙 매트릭스와, 상기 제1블랙 매트릭스 위에 절연물질을 소정의 두께로 도포하여 형성된 절연층과, 상기 절연층 위에 다시 제1블랙 매트릭스와 수직한 방향으로 다수의 페루프가 형성된 제2블랙 매트릭스를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태블렛 일체형 액정표시장치.
