Abstract

본 발명은 투명전극층을 갖는 2매의 기판 사이에 액정과 광경화성 수지 혼합물로 구성된 고분자액정 복합체가 적층되는 고분자분산형 액정 표시 판넬에 있어서, 일방의 기판 하부에 박막트랜지스터와 축전캐패스터로 구성되는 능동회로부, 칼라필터, 칼라필터 보호층이 적층되고 상기 박막트랜지스터의 하층에 블랙 마스크 및 ITO 화소전극이 형성되며 타방의 기판에는 ITO 공통전극막이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자분산형 액정표시 판넬을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 제조되어진 액정표시소자는 액정고분자수지복합체의 상분리 정도가 균일하고 안정하여 판넬의 장기 사용성등의 신뢰성 및 콘트라스트가 현저하게 향상된 잇점을 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 투명전극층을 갖는 2매의 기판 사이에 액정과 광경화성수지 혼합물로 구성된 고분자액정 복합체가 적층되는 고분자분산형 액정표시 판넬에 있어서, 일방의 기판 하부에 박막트랜지스터와 축전캐패시터로 구성되는 능동회로부, 칼라필터, 칼라필터 보호층이 적층되고 상기 박막트랜지스터의 하층에 블랙 마스크 및 ITO 화소전극이 형성되며 타방의 기판에는 ITO 공통전극만이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자분산형 액정표시 판넬.
