제1도는 본 발명에 따른 액정 표시 장치의 제1실시예의 사용된 액티브 매트릭스 기판의 평면도,
제2도는 제1도에 도시한 게이트 버스들과 소오스 버스들이 교차하는 부분들을 나타내는 확대 평면도,
제3도는 제1도의 p-p선 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 한쌍의 절연기판, 상기 절연기판의 측면들중 하나에 형성된 제1군의 버스들, 상기 제1군의 버스들과 교차하는 제2군의 버스들, 상기 제2군의 버스들에 형성된 도전막 배선들을 포함하며, 상기 제1군의 버스들의 계단부에서의 각 도전막 배선의 폭은 상기 계단부를 밖으로 위치된 도전막 배선들의 폭보다 작지않도록 된것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화소 전극에 저장되는 전하들을 유지하기위한 부가적 커패시턴스 및 화소 전극에 대향하여 위치된 부가적 커패시턴스 배선을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1군의 버스들과 제2군의 버스들 사이에 유지되는 제1층의 a-si(i)및 제2층의 sinx를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어, 상기 2개의 부가적 층은 패턴으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 표시장치.
