Claims (8)

  1. 각각 그 위에 전극을 가진 한쌍의 대향 기판과, 각각 상기 전극 위에 놓이며 각 층이 나머지 층과는 다른 재료로 이루어진 한쌍의 정렬층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 투명 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극이 투명 전도층으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬층이 다른 경화 온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 낮은 경화 온도를 가진 정렬층에 인접해 있는 칼라 필터를 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 정렬층이 각각 폴리이미드 및 유기 실란으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판 사이에 배치되는 액정 재료를 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기판에 대향하는 표면상에서 각각 상기 기판에 인접해 있는 한쌍의 편광층을 아울러 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
