본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본원 발명의 LCD 패널구조의 일 실시예를 도시한 부분개략단면도,
제2A도 내지 제2E도는 본원 발명에 관한 ploy-Si TFT를 가지며, 또한 마이크로렌즈를 형성한 기판을 제조하는 전반공정 단면도,
제3A도 내지 제3D도는 제2도에 도시한 공정에 이어지는 후반공정 단면도,
제4도는 본원 발명에 관한 화소부분의 평면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 제1기판과, 제1기판의 내부표면에서 매트릭상(狀)으로 배열된 복수의 화소전극과, 각각 화소전극과 결합된 복수의 스위칭소자와, 각각 화소전극과 제1기판 사이에 배설된 복수의 렌즈소자와, 제1기판에 대향하는 제2기판과, 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 협지된 액정층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈소자는 절연재료로 헝성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭소자는 박막트랜지스터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2기판에는 상기 제1기판에 대향하는 내부표면에 컬러필터부재가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화소전극은 광학적으로 투명한 도전성막인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  6. 절연기판과, 절연기판상에 행렬로 형성되어 표시소자를 형성하는 복수의 화소전극과, 구동수단으로부터 스위칭 및 데이터신호가 인가되는 각 화소전극에 대한 복수의 스위칭소자와, 절연기판과 각 화소전극 사이에 배설된 복수의 렌즈소자를 포함하는 제1기판과, 제1기판에 대향하고, 내부표면에 전극이 형성된 제2기판과, 제1기판과 제2기판 사이에 협지된 액정층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈소자는 절연재료로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2기판에는 전극 하부에 컬러필터부재가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭소자는 박막트랜지스터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
