제3도는 제1도에 도시된 본 발명의 태양전지가 부착된 액정표시장치에서 사용되는 액정패널의 단면도

Claims (3)

  1. 2장의 투명기판(21, 23)에 삽입된 액정층(33)과 전극배선(25, 27)및 편광판(35, 37)으로 이루어진 투과형 액정패널(20)과, 이 액정패널(20)의 이면에 일체로 설치된 태양전지(40)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편광판(37)이 상기 액정패널(20)과 태양전지(40)를 접착시키는 바인더층을 겸하도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정패널(20)에 설치된 상기 편광판(35, 37)은 상기(25,27)에 전혀 전력이 공급되지 않았을 경우 빛을 전체면에서 투과시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시장치.
