Claims (10)

  1. pH5 이상에서만 가용성인 중합성 막으로 피복된, 약제를 포함하는 코어(core); 및 구강에서의 막 용해를 감소 또는 방지시키는데 사용하기 위한 산성 화합물을 함유하는 경우 투여용 약제학적 제형.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 산성 화합물이 푸마르산,시트르산 또는 타르타르산이거나 이들 산의 하나 이상의 혼합물인 제형.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 산성 화합물이 약제학적 제형의 1내지 20중량%로 함유되는 제형.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합성 막이 메타크릴산과 메타크릴산 메틸 에스테르 또는 메타크릴산 에틸 에슬테르와의 공중합체, 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 프탈레이트, 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈 프탈레이트, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 프탈레이트, 셀략, 하이드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 숙시네이트, 카복시메틸셀룰로오즈, 셀룰로오즈 아세테이트 트리메틸테이트, 또는 말레산과 프탈산 유도체와의 공중합체를 함유하는 제형.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제가 항생제 또는 이부프로펜인 제형.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어의 크기가 100 내지 1200㎛인 제형.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 코어의 크기가 200 내지 700㎛인 제형.
  8. 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 항에 있어서, 정제 또는 섀쉐이(sachet)형태의 제형.
  9. 코어를 중합체로 피복시켜 중합성 막을 형성시키고, 산성 화합물을 제형에 가하는 단계를 포함하여 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 약제학적 제형을 제조하는 방법.
  10. pH5이상에서만 가용성인 중합성 막으로 약제를 피복시켜 약제학적 체형중에 함유된 약제의 풍미를 차폐시키는 방법에 있어서, 산성 화합물을 제형에 가하여 구강 환경하에서의 막 용해를 감소 또는 방지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
