Claims (17)
- 제분기에서 쉽게 유동되지 아니하는 물질을 측정하는 것에 있어서, 직립의 계량통과 수평으로 설치되고, 회전수가 조절되는 스크류콘베이어 및 계량통에서 스크류콘베이어를 연결하는 통과부와 차동-질량측정소자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 통과부는 계량통의 하부방향으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 계량통 통과부 및 스크류 콘베이어가 절곡된 형태를 이루고 있으며, 구동모터가 장치의 균형을 유지하기 위하여 스크류콘베이어의 반대방향으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차동계량기가 통형태의 횡단면 및 계량기의 하부에 계량기와 견고하게 연결된 스크류콘베이어-정량송출기를 갖춘 통계량기로서 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직립설치된 통형태와 수평의 스크류콘베이어-정량송출기를 연결하는 통과부가 횡단면이 동일한 원형에서 직사각형 형태로 됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조정할 수 있는 하나의 구동모터를 구성한 통형태의 계량부분과 스쿠류콘베이어-정량송출기가 몇개의 받침대에 지지된 하나의 계량유니트를 형성하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 통계량기 상부에 질량측정 기술상으로 계량통과 분리되어 있고, 조절될 수 있는 개폐판이 구성된 공급 준비통이 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 공급준비통의 수용량이 통계량의 30%~90%에 이르고, 공급준비통의 투입관의 횡단면과 스크류콘베이어에서의 배출 횡단면이 동일할때 효과적이며, 스크류콘베이어-이송부 내부의 횡단면과 계량통횡단면의 비율이 1 : 8 내지 1 : 12(1 : 10일 경우 가장 효과적임)임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제분기에서 쉽게 유동되지 아니하는 물질을 측정하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 재료의 유동이 간헐적으로 단시간에 직립의 계량통에 이송되고, 재료가 연속적으로 회전수가 조절될 수 있는 배출스크류를 통하여 수평으로 이송됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 단위시간당 순간적인 반출량이나 특정시간 동안에 이송된 재료의 총량을 측정하기 위하여, 계량통에 재료의 투입이 정지되는 동안에 무게의 차이가 측정되고, 그에 따라 배출 스크류의 회전수를 확인하는 방법.
- 제9항과 제10항에 있어서, 재료의 부피에 의하여 연속적으로 계량통에서 반출시키는 방법으로서 부피에 의한 재료이송의 양을 무게의 차이값에 비교하여 주기적으로 수정함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 차별계량에 의해 확인된 배출량과 스크류콘베이어-정량송출기(혹은 개폐문)의 회전수 비율이 정해지고 저장되어서 동일 또는 유사한 재료로 부피에 의한 정량송출을 하고자 할때 그 비율이 다시 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선택될 수 있는 첫번째 단위시간 동안에 시간상 규칙적인 하나 또는 다수의 투입주기가 미리 정해지고, 차동질량측정은 일정시간이 지난후에 이루어지며, 첫번째 단위시간 동안에 재료는 정해진 부피에 의한 표준치에 의하여 반출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차동중량 측정이 시작될 때의 무게 차이를 기준으로 해서 다음의 투입주기-시간이 변환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 수확량을 조사하고 다른 파라미터를 정하기 위하여 제분기에서는 제분 하기전과 제분후에 차동질량측정에 의해 재료의 양이 측정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 둘 또는 둘이상의 재료를 혼합하기 위해서 하나의 주 계량기가 정해져 있으며, 모든 다른 차동계량기가 정해진 표준-회전수를 바탕으로 주 계량기에 맞춰 작동하기 시작하고, 모든 다른 차동계량기의 배출량은 주 계량기의 실제-무게측정치에 의해 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제분기에서 수분공급전의 작업과정 조정 및 통제를 하거나, 작업 시작시의 통제 및 제분과정에서의 통제 또는 분말-저울을 위해서 차동-측량방법에 의해 재료를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 방법의 응용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
