Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve an accurate ratio of mixture by operating synchronously a plurality of weighing machines feeding plural sorts of grains separately and by stirring and mixing the grains weighed at every weighing time.
CONSTITUTION: When two sorts of grains are mixed, counterpoises 12 for weighing of the weighing machine 1 on one side and the counterpoises 12 for weighing of a weighing machine 2 on the other side are adjusted to have desired weight respectively. When the grains to be mixed are charged in feeding hoppers 5 and 6 on both sides and the device is started for motion, the grains from the hopper 6 on one side is weighed to be in the prescribed amount by a balance-lever detecting device 10 and a lower discharge valve 19 is closed, and further when the prescribed amount of the grain fed from the hopper 6 and weighed by the balance-lever detecting device reaches the total amount of the mixture to be prepared, the lower discharge valve 19 is closed. And, the discharge valves 16 provided in the discharge port parts 14 of weighing tanks 8 on both sides being operated synchronously, the grains are supplied to a mixing tank 24 positioned below and stirred and mixed by the rotation of a screw conveyor 26 in the tank 24.
