제1도는 본 발명의 전자사진장치의 보수장치의 보수대상으로 되는 논 임팩트 프린터의 개략 구성도,
제2도는 제1도에 도시하는 논임팩트프린터의 보수장치의 요부의 하드웨어구성을 블록으로 도시하는 도면,
제3도는 제2도에 도시하는 블록회로에서, CPU의 전원을 ON 한후의, 전처리를 도시하는 플로챠트.

Claims (5)

  1. 제어부 본체를 구성하는 중앙처리장치(CPU)와, 인자매수의 계수치를 기억하는 분리 가능하게 형성된 기억 수단과, 인자매수의 계수치가 상기 감광체 수단의 수명에 달한 것의 판단이 기본이 되는 계수치에 달했을 때에, 상기 기억수단을 교환하는 그 교환회수를 기억하는 개서가능한 상시 기억형 기억소자와, 상기 기억수단의 교환이 행해질 때마다 상기 상시 기억형 기억소자의 기억치를 갱신하여 계수하는 상기 기억수단교환회수계수 수단과, 상기 교환회수 계수 수단의 계수치와, 미리 설정되는 상기 감광체 이외의 보수대상 부품의 보수시기요함을 나타내는 소정치를 비교하는 비교수단과, 상기비교수단에 의해 상기 기억형기억소자의 기억치가 상기 소정치에 달했다고 판단되면 상기 감광체 이외의 보수대상부품의 보수시기요함을 알리는 알림수단으로 구성하는 감광체등을 구비하는 전자사진장치의 보수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알림수단은 상기 상시 기억형 기억소자의 기억치가 상기 소정치에 달하는 한개앞의 교환회수를 나타내는 기억치로써, 이어서, 상기 기억수단의 인자매수의 기억치가 상기 감광체의 수명에 달한 것의 판단이 기본이 되는 계수치에 달했을때에 상기 감광체 이외의 보수대상 부품의 보수시기요함을 알리는 감광체등을 구비하는 전자사진장치의 보수장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상시기억형 기억소자의 기억치를 갱신하여 계수하는 상기 기억수단의 교환회수 계수 수단의 계수치가 미리 설립되는 상기 감광체 이외의 보수대상 부품의 보수시기요함을 나타내는 소정치에 달한후, 교환후의 상기 기억수단의 기억치가 소정치에 달하면 인자동작을 금지하는 수단을 다시 포함하는 감광체등을 구비하는 전자사진장치의 보수장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CPU에 접속되고, 상기 기억수단에 대신하여 장착하고, 전원이 ON되면 상기 기억수단의 교환회수계수 수단을 0으로 클리어 하는 수단을 다시 포함하는 감광체등을 구비하는 전자사진장치의 보수장치
  5. 제어부 본체를 구성하는 중앙처리장치(CPU)와, 상기 CPU에 버스라인을 통하여 접속되는 프로그램 데이터가 미리 격납되는 리드 온드 메모리(ROM), 인자데이터를 이미지 데이터로 전개하는 인자버퍼가 형성되는 랜덤 액세스 메모리(RAM), 프린터 고유의 각종 설정치를 기억해두는 전기적 소거형 프로그래머블 ROM(EEPROM)과, 상기CPU 및 상기 EEPROM에 접속되고, 상기 감광체의 교환시에 분리 가능하게 형성되고, 인자매수를 계수하는 비휘발성 기억소자로 구성하는 제1카운터 수단과, 상기 제1카운터 수단이 초기상태인 것이 검출되었을 때에 인자매수의 계수치와 갱신하는 비휘발성 기억소자로 구성하는 제2카운터 수단과, 상기 제1카운터 수단에 접속되고, 상기 제1카운터 수단이 소정치 이상의 카운트치를 계수하면 경보를 발생하는 알림수단과, I/O포트를 통하여 상기 CPU, 상기 제1카운터 수단 및 제2카운터 수단에 접속되고, 키 입력에 기인하여 상기 제2카운터수단의 계수치 및 키입력시에 상기 제1카운터 수단의 인자매수의 계수치에 기인하여 총 인자매수치를 표시하는 표시수단으로 구성하는 인자데이터에 기인하여 정전잠상이 형성되고, 이 정전잠상은 현상제로 현상되어 토너상으로 한 후, 기록매체상에 전사되어 화상을 형성하는 감광체등을 구비한 전자사진장치의 보수장치.
