Claims (3)
- 층을 절연막(15)에 의하여 상호 절연된 하층 배선(14)과 상층 배선(17)과의 접속 영역에 있어서의 하층 배선의 하부에 하층 배선을 융기시키는 융기대(13)를 구비하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 배선 구조의 반도체 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속 영역은 슬루홀인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 배선 구조의 반도체 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 융기대는 그 측부에 측벽이 형성되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층배선 구조의 반도체 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
