Claims (7)

  1. 탁월한 내면 부식 저항성을 갖는 용접식 파이프에 있어서, 상기 파이프의 비이드 부위를 제외한 내면이 니켈, 코발트, 및 니켈기 또는 코발트기 합금들중의 하나로 되는 제1도금층을 갖고 상기 파이프의 비이드 부위를 포함하는 내면은 제1도금층을 형성하는 금속 또는 합금보다 낮은 융점을 갖는 단일 금속 또는 합금으로 된 제2도금층을 상기 제1 도금층상에 갖게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접식 파이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 확산층이 제1 도금층 및 제2 도금층 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접식 파이프.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1도금층상에 형성되는 제2 도금층이 주석, 주석-아연, 주석-니켈, 니켈-인, 니켈-붕소 및 니켈-아연 중의 하나 이상으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접식 파이프.
  4. 제1항에 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내면 및 제1 도금층 사이에 대리 도금층이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접식 파이프.
  5. 탁월한 내면 부식 저항성을 갖는 용접식 파이프를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 니켈, 코발트 및 니켈기 또는 코발트기 합금들중의 하나로 된 제1 도금층이 강 스트립의 하나이상의 표면상에 형성되며, 제1 도금층을 형성하는 금속 또는 합금보다 낮은 융점을 갖는 금속 또는 합금으로 된 제2 도금층이 제1 도금층상에 형성되고, 그후 상기와 같이 도금된 강 스트립이 도금된 표면이 내면이 되도록 된 상태에서 파이프로 성형되며 열처리 되게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 주석, 주석-아연, 주석-니켈, 니켈-인, 니켈-붕소 및 니켈-아연중의 하나 이상으로 된 도금층이 제2 도금층으로서 제1 도금층상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 강 스트립상에 제1 도금층을 형성하기 전에 대리 도금층이 강 스트립의 하나의 표면상에 직접적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
