Claims (5)
- 강리금과철을 주성분으로 하는 철동연계 소결합금으로 이루어진 바이메탈상 베어링재료에 있어서, 강리금 및 상기 철동연계 소결합금 사이에 두께 2 내지 20㎛의 동도금층을 존재시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복층철동연계합금 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철동연계 소결합금의 성분이 동 10 내지 40중량%, 주석 1 내지 7중량%, 납 10 내지 40중량%, 인 0.5중량%이하, 잔부철로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복층철동연계합금 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기철동연계 소결합금의 성분이 동 10 내지 40중량%, 주석 1 내지 7중량%, 납 10 내지 40중량%, 인 0.5중량% 이하, 흑연 0.5 내지 4중량%, 잔부철로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복층철 동연계합금 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철동연계 소결합금의 성분이 동 10 내지 40중량%, 주석 1 내지 7중량%, 납 10 내지 40중량%, 인 0.5중량%이하, 아연과 니켈과 붕소중 적어도 1종을 5중량%이하, 잔부철로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복층철동연계 합금 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철동연계 소결합금의 성분이 동 10 내지 40중량%, 주석 1 내지 7중량%, 납 10 내지 40중량%, 인 0.5중량% 이하, 흑연 0.5 내지 4중량%, 아연과 니켈과 붕소중 적어도 1종을 5중량%이하, 잔부철로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복층 철동연계합금 베어링 재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
