제1도는 제3표에 나타낸 내소부특성을 얻기 위한 소부시험으로 채용된 누적부하방법을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 강판 또는 동등의 표면도금된 강판과, 그 강판에 접합되어 있는 소결동합금으로 이루어진 바이메탈 타입의 슬라이딩재료에 있어서, 상기 동합금의 조성이 Sn : 5 내지 16wt%, Pb : 2 내지 20wt%, P : 0.03 내지 1wt%, 흑연 : 0.5 내지 4wt%, Cu : 잔부이고, 그 합금의 경도가 Hv100 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연함유 연청동복층 슬라이딩재료.
  2. 강판 또는 동등의 표면도금된 강판과, 그 강판에 접합되어 있는 소결동합금으로 이루어진 바이메탈 타입의 슬라이딩재료에 있어서, 상기 동합금의 조성이 Sn : 5 내지 16wt%, Ni : 1 내지 8wt%, Pb : 2 내지 29wt%, P:0.03 내지 1wt%, 흑연 : 0.5 내지 4wt%, Cu : 잔부이고, 그 합금의 경도가 Hv100 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연함유 연청동 복층슬라이딩재료.
  3. 상기 바이메탈 섭동재료가 200메쉬를 통과하는 연청동합금분말과 350메쉬를 통과하는 흑연분말과의 혼합분말을 강판 또는 동등의 표면도금된 강판위에 산포하여 소결 또는 압연을 반복하고 특히 최종압연 공정에 있어서 고압하압연을 함으로써 합금경도를 Hv100 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연함유연청동 복층슬라이딩재료의 제조방법.
