제1도는 로도코카스(Rhodococcus)로도크로우스(rhodochrous) J-1에 의해서 제조되는 2종류의 니트릴히드라타제의 α 및β서브유니트의 N-말단 아미노산 배열, 제2도는 DNA스포브로서 사용한 로도코카스 SP, N-774의 니트릴히드라타제유전자의 DNA배열, 제3도는 제조합 플라스미드, PNHJ10및 PNHJ20L의 제한 효소지도.

- 하기와 같은-서브 유니트와-서브 유니트의 아미노산 배열을 갖고 니트릴히드라타제활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는단편-서브 유니트.-서브 유니트
- 하기와 같은-서브 유니트와-서브 유니트의 아미노산배열을 갖고 니트릴히드라타제활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는-단편-서브 유니트-서브 유니트
- 제1항에 있어서,-서브 유니트와-서브 유니트의 다음DNA배열을 갖는- 단편-서브 유니트 DNA배열 :-서브 유니트의 DNA배열 :
- 제2항에 있어서,-서브 유니트와-서브 유니트의 다음 DNA배열을 갖는-단편-서브 유니트의 DNA배열-서브 유니트의 DNA배열 :
- 제1∼4항 기재의또는를 백터중에 포함하는 재조합체 DNA.
- 제5항 기재의 재조합체 DNA로 형질 전환된 형질전환체.
- 제6항 기재의 형질변환체를 배양하는 공정과, 그 배양물로부터 니트릴히드라타제를 회수하는 공정을 포함하는 니트릴히드라타제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항 기재의 형질전환체의 배양물로 부터 얻어지는 니트릴히드라타제를 사용하여 니트릴류를 수화시키는 공정을 포함하는 아미드류를 제조하는 방법.
