제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 따른 인쇄 회로기판 검사장치의 사시도, 제2도는 제1도의 인쇄회로기판 검사장치의 단면도, 제3도는 크로스바 (crossbar) 조립체를 X-방향으로 그리고 관련된 아암 (arm)을 Y-방향으로 구동시키기 위한 구동기구를 보여주는 상부와 하부 크로스바 조립체의 분해 부분품 배열 사시도.

Claims (6)

  1. 인쇄회로 기판을 소정의 위치에 고정시키기 위한 장착수단 (2)와 각각 한쌍의 상부와 하부 크로스바 조립체 (3a)(3b)(4a)(4b)로 구성된 2개 또는 그 이상의 안내본체 (3)(4)와 각 크로스바 조립체 (3a)(3b)(4a)(4b)는 그 크로스바 조립체 (3a)(3b)(4a)(4b)에 매달리고 그 끝에 적어도 하나의 검사용 탐사침 (15)가 장착된 아암 (10)을 갖고 있으며, 크로스바 조립체 (3a)(3b)(4a)(4b)를 상기한 인쇄회로기판의 X-방향으로 구동시키고, 상기한 아암(10)을 상기한 X-방향과 직각인 Y-방향으로 구동시키고 관련된 탐사침 (15)를 상승 또는 하강시키기 위한 구동수단 (5)와 상기한 인쇄회로 기판의 선택된 위치에 선택된 검사용 탐사침 (15)를 이동시키고, 상기한 인쇄회로 기판의 단락이나 단선을 검출하고, 상기한 선택된 각각의 회로부품의 종류와 성능을 판정하기 위해 그러한 검사용 탐사침 (15)가 선택된 각각의 회로부품이나 인쇄회로의 단자에 접촉할때까지 이것을 하강시키기 위해 상기한 구동수단 (5)에 지령을 하기 위한 중앙연산 처리장치 (6)과 하나의 안내본체의 검사용 탐사침이 선택된 회로부품이나 인쇄회로의 검사를 수행하고 있는 동안 다른 안내 본체의 검사용 탐사침이 중앙연산처리장치의 제어하에 다른 검사가 수행돼야할 다른 선택된 위치로 이동하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 검사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관련된 크로스바 조립체에 미끄러져 움직일 수 있도록 장착된 금속편 (11)으로 구성된 각 아암(10)과 상기한 금속편 (11)에 장착된 장착판 (12)과 상기한 장착판 (12)에 수직으로 이동가능하게 고정된 한쌍의 탐사침 두부 (13)과 상기한 탐사침 두부 (13)을 상승 또는 하강시키는 구동수단 (5)와 상기한 검사용 탐사침 (15)가 상기한 한쌍의 탐사침 두부 (13)에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판 검사장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탐사침 두부 (13)를 상승 또는 하강시키기 위한 구동수단 (5)는 스테핑 모우터로 구성되고, 회전링크판의 중앙에서 상기한 스테핑 모우터의 축과 연결된 회전링크판과 회전링크의 반대쪽 끝에서 뻗어나오고 상기한 탐사침 두부 (13)의 상부 끝에 형성된 측면흠에 미끄러져 움직일 수 있도록 맞춰진 2개의 핀을 갖고 있으며, 상기한 스테핑 모우터가 회전하면 상기한 회전링크판이 상기한 측면홈에 전류하는 동안에 상기한 핀을 원호를 그리며 반대방향으로 이동시켜서 한쪽의 탐사침 두부 (13)을 밀어내리면 다른쪽 탐사침 두부 (13)을 끌어올리도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로 기판의 검사장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 한쌍의 탐사침 두부 (13)은 동일 평면상의 소정의 지점에서 그들의 영상범위내에서 교차하고 수렴하도록 장착판 (12)에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판의 검사장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 한쌍의 탐사침 두부 (13)은 같은 종류의 검사용 탐사침 (15)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판 검사장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 한쌍의 탐사침 두부 (13)은 다른 종류의 검사용 탐사침 (15)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판 검사장치.
