Claims (12)
- 거의 구형이고 노치(notch)면을 가지며, p-형 제올라이트에 특징적인 X-선 회절 양상을 지닌 제올라이트 입자를 생성하는 단계와, 상기 제올라이트 입자중의 알칼리 금속의 적어도 일부를 이가 금속 이온과 교환시키는 단계, 및 이온 교환된 입자를 200 내지 700℃ 온도에서 연소시키는 단계를 포함한 비결정성 실리카-알루미나 구형 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 입자 출발 물질이 소듐형의 제올라이트 입자인 비결정성 실리카-알루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 바륨, 스토론튬 및 아연으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택한 적어도 한종류 금속으로 제올라이트 입자를 이온 교환한 비결정성 실리카-알루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.
- 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 화학 조성물을 포함하며, 각 입자는 거의 구형이고 노치면을 지니며, 48시간 동안 상대습도 90%, 실온에서 정치시킨후 측정한 흡습도가 13%이하이고, 굴절지수는 1.48 내지 1.61인 비결정성 실리카-알루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.mMO.nNa2O.pSiO2,Al2O3,qH2O상기식에서 M은 2가 금속, 특히 Ca, Mg, Zn, Ba 및 Sr로 구성된 그룹중 선택한 적어도 한 종류이며, m+n은 1.1±0.2의 수이고, m/n은 10/0 내지 1/9이며, p는 4±1.5의 수이고, q는 0.5이하인 수이다.
- 제4항에 있어서. BET 비표면적이 50m2/g 이하인 비결정성 실리카-알루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전자 현미경 법으로 측정한 주입자 사이즈가 0.2 내지 30㎛인 비결정성 실리카-일루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 힌터(hunter)반사법으로 측정한 순백도가 95% 이상인 비결정성 실리카-일루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 산화무기물, 실란, 티타늄 및 지르코늄 결합제로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 성분, 지방산, 수지산 및 그것의 유도체로 구형 입자를 표면-처리한 비결정성 실리카-알루미나 구형입자의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제8항의 실리카-일루미나 구형 입자를 포함하는 기중합체용 충전제.
- 제4항 또는 제8항의 실리카-일루미나 구형 입자를 포함한 화장품용 충전제.
- 제4항 또는 제8항의 실리카-일루미나 구형 입자를 포함한 용지 충전제.
