Claims (5)

  1. 롤링 접촉을 하도록 채택된 롤링 표면을 갖춘 기계 부품에 있어서, 상기 롤링표면은 임의로 복수의 미니트리세스로 형성되어 있고, SK 값은 길이방향과 원주방향 모두 0이하이며 전체적인 롤링 표면에 대한 상기 리세스의 면적비율은 10 내지 40% 이며 분포곡선의 비대칭 분포를 나타내는 상기 SK 값은 길이방향과 원주방향으로의 표면 거칠기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
  2. 하중을 견디면서 슬라이딩 접촉을 하도록 채택된 슬라이딩 표면을 갖춘 기계부품에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩 표면은 임의로 복수의 미니트 리세스로 형성되어 있으며, SK 값은 길이방향과 원주방향 모두 0이하이며, 전체적인 슬라이딩 표면에 대한 상기 리세스의 면적비율은 10 내지 40%이며, 분포곡선의 비대칭 분포를 나타내는 상기 SK 값은 길이방향과 원주방향으로 표면 거칠기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품은 외부 링, 내부 링 그리고 롤링 요소를 갖춘 롤링 베어링이며, 상기 롤링 표면은 상기 외부 링, 상기 내부 링의 레이스웨이 표면들 그리고 상기 롤링 요소의 표면 중의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기계부품은외부 링, 내부 링 그리고 롤링 요소를 갖춘 롤링 베어링이며, 상기 슬라이딩 표면은 롤링 요소의 끝 표면과 상기 롤링베어링의 리브중의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리세스의 평균면적은 3미크론 이하의 등가 직경을 갖춘 리세스를 제외하고 35 내지 150 평방 미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 기계부품.
