Claims (3)
- 外周面に複数の直線状トラック溝を軸線に対して傾斜させた状態で軸方向に形成した内側継手部材と、内周面に複数の直線状トラック溝を軸線に対して前記内側継手部材のトラック溝と反対方向に傾斜させた状態で軸方向に形成し、内部に潤滑剤を充填した外側継手部材と、前記内側継手部材のトラック溝と外側継手部材のトラック溝との交叉部に組み込まれた10個のボールと、前記内側継手部材の外周面と外側継手部材の内周面との間に配されて前記ボールを内側継手部材のトラック溝と外側継手部材のトラック溝との間でポケットに収容して保持するケージとを備え、前記トラック溝およびポケットと点接触する前記ボールの表面に多数の微小凹部をランダムに形成し、前記微小凹部を形成したボールの表面粗さをRa0.05〜0.15μmとし、前記ボールの表面粗さのパラメータSK値を−4.9〜−1.0とし、前記ボールの表面積に対する前記多数の微小凹部の合計面積の比率を10〜40%とし、ボール表面の多数の微小凹部内へ侵入した潤滑剤をボールとの接触部における接触界面に介在させたことを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記潤滑剤の摩擦係数を0.070以下とした請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記潤滑剤をウレアグリースとし、そのウレアグリースの稠度を0〜2号とした請求項1又は2に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
