Claims (3)
- 第1の軌道面と、第2の軌道面と、これら両軌道面の間に転動可能に配置された複数の転動体と、を備える転がり軸受であって、
前記第1の軌道面、前記第2の軌道面、及び複数の前記転動体の転動面のうち、少なくとも1つの面に、多数の凹部が形成され、
前記面に対する前記凹部の開口の面積率は、5%以上37%以下であり、
前記凹部の開口の円相当径は、1μm以上27μm以下であり、
前記凹部における前記面の法線方向の深さは、3μm以上10μm以下であり、
前記凹部を除いた前記面の表面うねりは、0.2μm以下である、転がり軸受。 - 前記転動体は、ころである、請求項1に記載の転がり軸受。
- 前記転動体は、針状ころ、円筒ころ、及び棒状ころのいずれかである、請求項2に記載の転がり軸受。
