Abstract
【解決手段】
内輪2と、外輪3と、内外輪2,3間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころ4と、円すいころ4を円周所定間隔に保持する保持器5とを備えた円すいころ軸受1において、ころ係数{γ=(ころ本数×ころ平均径)/(π×PCD)}を0.94より大きくし、少なくとも円すいころ4の表面に、微小凹形状のくぼみをランダムに無数に設け、くぼみを設けた面の面粗さパラメータRyniを0.4μm≦Ryni≦1.0μmの範囲内とし、かつ、Sk値を−1.6以下とする。

Claims (5)
- 内輪と、外輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に転動自在に配された複数の円すいころと、前記円すいころを円周所定間隔に保持する保持器とを備えた円すいころ軸受において、
ころ係数γが0.94を越え、少なくとも転動体の表面に、微小凹形状のくぼみをランダムに無数に設け、前記くぼみを設けた面の面粗さパラメータRyniが0.4μm≦Ryni≦1.0μmの範囲内であり、かつ、Sk値が−1.6以下であることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記くぼみを設けた面の面粗さパラメータRymaxが0.4〜1.0の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記くぼみを設けた面の面粗さをパラメータRqniで表示したとき、軸方向面粗さRqni(L)と円周方向面粗さRqni(C)との比の値Rqni(L)/Rqni(C)が1.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器のポケットの窓角を55°以上80°以下にしたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかの円すいころ軸受。
- 前記保持器を機械的強度、耐油性および耐熱性に優れたエンジニアリング・プラスチックで構成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかの円すいころ軸受。
