Abstract

 保持器に内輪の鍔に軸方向を係止される突出部を設けた円錐ころ軸受において、円錐ころを案内する内輪の鍔に応力集中が生じないように、軸受を小型化して負荷容量を増大させることである。  内輪2の軌道面2aの大径側のみに円錐ころ4を案内する鍔6を設け、保持器5の大径側に、内径側へ突出して内輪2の鍔6に軸方向を係止される突出部7を設けて、内輪2の鍔6に、その外径面と外側端面を滑らかな凹曲面で結び、円周方向に連なる切欠き溝6aを設け、保持器5の突出部7の先端部内側をこの切欠き溝6aに係止することにより、円錐ころ4を案内する内輪2の鍔6に応力集中が生じないように、円錐ころ軸受1を小型化して負荷容量を増大させることができるようにした。
