Claims (9)
- 外周面に円すい状の軌道面を有し、かつ、該軌道面の小径側に小鍔部を形成するとともに大径側に大鍔部を形成した内輪と、内周面に円すい状の軌道面を有する外輪と、前記内輪の軌道面と前記外輪の軌道面との間に転動自在に介在した複数の円すいころと、前記内輪の大鍔部側の端面に取り付けられた状態で、該内輪の大鍔部側の端面および前記内輪に内嵌される相手部材に形成されるフランジ部の端面の磨耗を防止するワッシャとを備えた円すいころ軸受において、
前記内輪の大鍔部の外周面に係合凹部を設けるとともに、前記ワッシャの外周縁に前記内輪の大鍔部の外周面に沿って延びる弾性変形可能な爪部を一又は複数設け、前記爪部の延在方向の中間部に前記係合凹部と係合する係合凸部を形成し、
前記係合凸部と前記係合凹部との間、及び、前記爪部のうち前記係合凸部を除く部分と前記内輪の大鍔部の外周面のうち前記係合凹部を除く部分との間にそれぞれ径方向隙間が形成されると共に、
前記ワッシャを前記内輪の大鍔部側の端面に当接させたときに、係合凸部のころ側と係合凹部との間、及び、係合凸部の反ころ側と係合凹部との間にそれぞれ軸方向隙間が形成されることを特徴とする円すいころ軸受。 - 前記爪部が、前記ワッシャの外周縁に沿って等間隔に複数設けられている請求項1に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記係合凹部が、前記内輪の大鍔部の外周面の全周にわたって環状に形成されている請求項1又は2に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記係合凸部が、丸みを帯びている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記ワッシャの表面に窒化層が形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記ワッシャの板厚が、0.3〜0.8mmである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記爪部のうち前記係合凸部を除く部分の内径寸法をA、前記爪部の前記係合凸部の最大高さをBとした場合に、B/Aが0.9〜2%である請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記爪部のうち前記係合凸部を除く部分の内径寸法をA、前記爪部のうち前記係合凸部を除く部分と、前記内輪の大鍔部の外周面との間の隙間の寸法をCとした場合に、C/Aが0〜1.5%である請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
- 前記相手部材が、デファレンシャル装置のピニオン軸である請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の円すいころ軸受。
