Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも内輪、外輪、合成樹脂製保持器及び転動体からなる転がり軸受において、前記合成樹脂製保持器が、異形断面を有するガラス繊維を10〜40質量%含有するガラス繊維強化合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする転がり軸受。

Description
ポリアミド66(PA66)(宇部興産(株)製「UBEナイロン2020U」、ヨウ化銅系添加剤含有)70質量%と、断面まゆ型のガラス繊維(日東紡績(株)製「CSH 3PA−870」、異形比2、短径部10μm、ウレタン系サイジング剤処理)30質量%とを混練して成形材料を調製した。この成形材料を成形して試験片とし、引張強度及びアイゾット衝撃強度を測定した。尚、引張強度の測定はJIS K7113に準拠し、アイゾット衝撃強度の測定はJIS K7110に準拠した。結果を表1に示す。
ポリアミド46(PA46)(DJEP社製「Stanyl TW341」、銅系添加剤含有)70質量%と、断面長円形のガラス繊維(日東紡績(株)製「CSG 3PA−820」、異形比4、短径部7μm、ウレタン系サイジング剤処理)30質量%とを混練して成形材料を調製した。この成形材料を成形して試験片とし、実施例1と同様にして引張強度及びアイゾット衝撃強度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
直鎖型ポリフェニレンサルファイド(L−PPS)(ポリプラスチックス(株)製「フォートロン0220A9」)70質量%と、断面長円形のガラス繊維(日東紡績(株)製「CSG 3PA−820」、異形比4、短径部7μm、ウレタン系サイジング剤処理)25質量%とを混練して成形材料を調製した。この成形材料を成形して試験片とし、実施例1と同様にして引張強度及びアイゾット衝撃強度を測定した。結果を表1に示す。

- 少なくとも内輪、外輪、合成樹脂製保持器及び転動体からなる転がり軸受において、前記合成樹脂製保持器が、異形断面を有するガラス繊維を10〜40質量%含有するガラス繊維強化合成樹脂からなることを特徴とする転がり軸受。
