传统双列圆锥滚子汽车轮毂轴承由1个外圈、2个内圈、安装于内圈和外圈之间的圆锥滚子、2个保持架和2个密封圈组成,外圈内孔直径从中间向两端逐渐增大形成喇叭口状的斜圆面,作为滚子的滚道,内圈设置有凹槽作为滚子的滚道。由于外圈的滚子滚道对滚子没有限位作用,每一个内圈又是只卡装于一边的滚子,在轴承未安装使用时滚子连同内圈很容易从外圈中滑出。

本实用新型目的就是要解决传统双列圆锥滚子汽车轮毂轴承在轴承未安装使用时滚子连同内圈很容易从外圈中滑出的缺陷,提供一种具有对滚子和内圈起自锁限位功能的双列圆锥滚子汽车轮毂轴承。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种双列圆锥滚子汽车轮毂轴承,由1个外圈、2个内圈、安装于内圈和外圈之间的圆锥滚子、2个保持架和2个密封圈组成,其特征是:所述的外圈两端设置有凹槽,所述的保持架上设置有凸缘,凸缘卡装于凹槽,使保持架的轴向位置受到限定,从而限定圆锥滚子和内圈的轴向位置。
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:采用凸缘和凹槽配合限定保持架的轴向位置,从而使本实用新型所述的双列圆锥滚子汽车轮毂轴承具有了对滚子和内圈自锁限位功能。
